I ordered a stress less office chair for my boss through Giulianna. From beginning to end Giulianna was amazing. She helped from start to finish over the phone over a few days and phone calls. Her patience and customer service was impeccable. Several weeks went by and I reached out to Giulianna via cell phone and she answered after hours to fulfill my questions. She steered me to Chris Capobianco. She was absolutely amazing with my many phone calls about status. When it arrived to store she had it shipped to me immediately. The delivery guys were friendly and great. Once I checked the chair out I noticed it did not go up or down. I called Chris and Giulianna and told them about it. They offered to have someone come to me but I chose to drive to them because it wasn’t far. Once I arrived, they both, as well as, the delivery guys were helpful and pleasant. The chair was fixed quickly and I am one happy customer. The pin was not hitting the piston correctly. Easy fix. I wasn’t upset or bothered by it because I was assured it would be fixed right and in a timely manner. I felt the vibe of trust from them all. I will return to Cabot with future purchases. I have only two words for my experience with Cabot House and more importantly, Giuliana Carhuamaca...."simply amazing"! From the very beginning to the delivery was seamless and enjoyable. Giuliana treated me like family and helped me with my own fabric selection (COM) ...she called me nearly every few days to let me know when my beautiful chairs would be delivered. Followed up after the delivery. I have never had such an enjoyable furniture purchase before.
