Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

As a Taco Bell enthusiast ive been to so many different locations in Palm Beach county and I have to say this is hands down the WORST Taco Bell i've ever been to. Even though i'm a dashpass member, whenever I want taco bell I literally choose to get it on uber eats because doordash does not give the option to switch stores so i'm stuck ordering at this location in doordash. I shouldve given uber eats my money today aswell because this is the second or third time I have to contact doordash's support to get a REFUND because my items are MISSING. I dont understand what is so hard about putting the items I ordered in the bag. In this particular order i was missing 4 items. I got one of the cravings box and all it had was the burrito and the nacho fries... the taco and the chalupa werent in it. I ordered two items on the side and only received one of them. The other one mustve gotten lost at a red light somewhere or more likely, they forgot to put it in the bag AGAIN. Not to mention the ingredients in the actual items i received are always wrong. Taco Bell gives the option to substitue ingredients... so why arent my ingredients ever substituted? I know the workers are able to read "SUBSTITUE BEEF FOR CHICKEN" so why do I still get beef? I personally dont like taco bell's beans so i always take them out. Whenever i order from this store the beans are in the burrito. Do they just not want to work? Not to mention the food here is actually disgusting. For some reason the chalupas are always soggy when i get them from here. I have no idea why but it's without fail. The beef from this location tastes like actual expired meat and it too is always soggy. I cant speak about the actual customer service in the store because i hardly go there in person anymore. However, I did use to go to this taco bell last year and it was great! Ever since they started changing the staff the place has been a total mess. Its a fast food place so I understand its not exactly the best place to work at but if you're getting paid to be there the very least you can do is put the items I ordered in the bag. Looking for a place to pay for your food and never receive it? Well this is your place, horrendous workers, dirty restaurant, and a company that likes to steal from people. I placed and order on the app for this location, on the app it shows that the order was at this location the address, map image, and email all confirmed it was this location. I go to the restaurant, and follow the instructions from the app and tell the workers, that I am here for my mobile order. But, I am told that they have no mobile orders. I said “well I place one on the app for this location specifically.” I showed the workers all of the confirmations that taco bell has sent me, and they all agree that I am indeed at the location shown on the Taco Bell app, where it says my food is waiting for me. Only to be told that even though I am at the location shown on my app, and the email confirmation, that they will not make my food and that I need to leave and figure out what location my food is at. But, the app and the workers both agreed that I am at the right location, and that my food is ready. The workers would not make my food and insisted I just leave since I was “holding up the line.” I asked for a a manger or their work number so I could try and figure things out and all I was told was “We don’t have a manager” So, now my card has been charged by Taco Bell, and I have never received any food. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I never knew I could pay for food and not receive it. Y'all I caught a stomach virus/ food poisoning from this restaurant. Right now I'm healing from the impact I dealt with two days ago but I never thought the day would happen to me but it did and it was the worst to experience first hand! It happened out of nowhere where I was vomiting profusely after finishing the meal. I shouleved trust my gut instinct that there was something wrong with the meat but I didn't thought much about it. Learn my lesson completely!

I've notice whenever I walk to the place, the employees take forever in preparing the meal. Once arrived it taste uncooked. This is whenever I visit the establishment and decided to eat a taco. It's either stale or the meat is slightly cold.

A friend of mine's warn me about this happening often here.

Plus one of the workers has a bad attitude. I had one employee who got really upset/passive agressive with me all because I simply didn't said hello to him when walking to the store when I politely ask him a question. What's the big deal?
