Family Dollar — Local services in Lantana

Really use to like to come to this store but the new employees are not friendly, and when ringing up your Oder, your amount to pay is incorrect, I nicely asked to rearing the order because neither one of the employees knew what they were doing, My order was complete rung up wrong, and I was charged incorrectly, I gave the cashier $29.25 as the incorrect amount was $15.25, when I noticed it she gave me back incorrect change, so I asked for a refund because I do not have time for no one to play with me about my money, The I guess little manger in charge only refund part of my Oder, when I asked more then once did she refund my whole order she said yes, I double check my receipt, and my account, and she did not do a full refund back, so now, I had to go back in the store for her to do my refund of the other part back, and let’s not forget on how she throw my money down on the counter everywhere, and looked at me like there is your money, I have been coming to this store a lot when I moved to this area, but had stopped due to customer service with new people, and I say let’s give another try on today, and this is what happened. We’ll, I will no longer will be back to this family dollar, or really any of that matter, because it’s a few locations that I have been to in Boynton Beach area horrible...

"Hate" is NOT the proper Verb to apply here. Completely DISGUSTED would certainly be more apropos. This store has got to be the MESSIEST Family Dollar I have ever been inside of! There are absolutely NO OPEN AISLES, Boxes completely BARRICADE the walking space, the clerks have NO IDEA where ANYTHING is Located (3 different times I had to ask WHERE would the Earplugs be???), and these so-called "clerks", barely speak and/or understand the English Language - they SCREAM at one another in Creole. Lastly, the HEAT Factor? No Air Conditioning!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an appalling humid...

Store manager at this particular location is very rude , not to mention he will intentionally not restock certain items and when you ask him he will offer to sell it to you in person off the clock . He will ask you for you number to text you and sell it to you off the clock for cash . He tried that with me and also my wife as well .
