I had an excellent experience with this appliance company! From the very first call, the team was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain all my options without rushing me and made sure I understood everything before scheduling delivery.

I arranged next-day delivery with installation, and the service went above and beyond my expectations. My appliances are on the second floor, and when I mentioned that last minute, they immediately sent extra crew members to help. Everything was installed perfectly the same day — professional, efficient, and stress-free.

Just wanted to leave a review. I usually don't good or bad. However I went by here to ask for help with my washer, a pump broke and I had someone come to fix it but they never came back and I wasn't sure if it was working properly. I went to no limit to ask for help and I got it. This young man not only stopped by after his hours he was so honest he could have said it still needed repair or I needed a whole new unit but he didn't he explained that there will always be a little water coming from the filter. Then he proceeded to put it all back together for me and stack the dryer on top. He was so honest and so helpful I will never go anywhere else to get my appliances fixed or...

Spoke with Corbin on phone on Friday and purchased a fridge. Saturday less then 24 hrs later, old fridge removed and new fridge installed. He was friendly, courteous, fair priced including delivery, on time and a very skilled businessman. I was impressed because in the end customer service is most important to me. He called me back within 10 minutes while others I called I'm still waiting to hear back from them lol.
