[The wings and fries are not delivered crispy - it was all soft and mushy. And they will not give you the appropriate dipping sauces that are supposed to come with your calamari or conch - instead, they give you packets of ketchup and hot sauce.]

I actually told my boyfriend I didn't want food from here and preferred the competitor's, but he wanted to give them a chance - I acquiesced.. .and I regret it.

They have no pride in ensuring you get what you asked for. I requested for my wing sauce on the side, they ignored that. Therefore, my wings were all mushy (my fries, too). Not to mention, they were extremely salty. The fries were salvageable after throwing them in the air fryer. The conch was seasoned well, but was not crispy either.

The calamari was good and was the only thing that arrived somewhat crispy. The one food that I ate everything of was the boiled Cajun peanuts.. .Can't really screw that up.

I’ve should have beeennnnnnnnn wrote this review🥹😫😫… LISTENNNNIINNGGG this is THE LATENIGHT SNACK PLACE🤤 not just LATENIGHT BUT 24/7… my kids Uber eat this place often.. me and my honey definitely come get us an hot meal cruising around town. You gotta try the WHOLE SNAPPER🤤 I mean it’s fried of thee bone 🦴 OMMGGG MINE YOU GUYS I HATE 🐠 BUT NOT AFTER TRYING IT HERE A SNAPPERS. The conch and chicken is awesome tooo… oommGGGG I can’t forget the conch salad. It’s a lil spicy but if you have a good drink or 3 oohhHHHH BABBBBYYYYYY😘 ITS EVERYTHING… the staff is soo sweet every time I’ve been there’s NEVERbeen a problem with staff I’ve even Apple paid one for great customer service 🤞🏾‼️the pretty lady with the two colorful braids must me the manager cause she bout her business!! Drive thur , walk up WHATEVVEERRRR 🗣️ YOU NAME IT she got it under control 🤞🏾💯🤗 oh the bald guy is awesome too … everyone there is awesome! I'm a Carribean girl by ethnicity, and my husband is AA. All this to say, that I've had a lot of seafood in my 50+ years. But I had never in my life had such tasteless food. Not bad tasting, but literally tasteless. Like they battered with plain cornmeal and fried it. Then to make matters worst the wings were so salty, I was only able to eat 1. French fries were soggy. We asked for ketchup with the order, get to our hotel, no ketchup. My husband had the whole red snapper and he only ate half, doctoring it up with salt and hot sauce and condiments. I threw mine out, I was so pissed. We pay $37 for that, I don't eat McDonald's, but I guarantee you McDonald's would've been a better...
