Incredibly mismanaged. This is embarrassing. I normally write positive reviews, and seldom rate big chain stores, but this calls for an exception. I was in a hurry, but a friend needed food and based on my recommendation, we went to Popeye's. The drive-thru was busy so we went inside a dirty, busy restaurant with paper and dirt on the floor in the lobby and food in disarray at the serving area. Customers seemed a little annoyed. They gave a customer a carry-out order, another guy says "They ordered the same thing I did" , the employee gives a blank look, then realization hits, and the clerk says" Run after them they got your order!" The pans of both flavors of chicken were very full, the french fries were piled high, plenty of food coming from the back. The manager, I believe her name was Sharon, was looking around, saying little. There were at least 7 employees up froont yet no one had a clue what to do. After 15 minutes my friend gets her 3 pc with one side. Yup, the order was wrong. My friend tells the server she ordered white chicken, a blank stare comes back. The server looks at the full chicken pans like she had no clue chicken came light and dark. The serving tongs hit the serving area floor, sit there, get kicked for 3-4 minutes, finally someone picks it up and puts on the counter. The floor there was filthy. The manager looks at me guiltily but says nothing to anyone and looks away as soon as I see her. The training and management are unbelieveable. No one up front had any idea what to do. stack more bags, look busy but don't do anything. 10 minutes later we got our 3 pc combo. The cashier made the drink large, (extra charge) we didn't order that. Many other orders were wrong while we watched in awe as the manager looked confused. Back to my car after 30 minutes we saw the linefor the drive through now reached well into Checker's parking next door and I can't get my car out. I told people in the drive through to run away fast. Problem is training, procedures, personnel, and probably drug use. Space cadets...
Read more10/27/2022 11:53 AM I got an email confirmation of the order that I placed online 12:05 PM-12:50 PM I went to this location to pick up my order. The restaurant doors were closed so I decided to get in line for the drive thru. When it was my turn to supposedly order, I told them that I am picking up Order Number 50. I was instructed to proceed to get it. At the window, I was told that my order did not go through so it was not ready. They told me to proceed at a certain spot by the drive thru to wait while they process it. After 10 minutes of waiting, I realized that they already opened the doors as I saw people coming in. Instead of waiting for my order by the drive thru, I decided to park instead and get it inside. When I entered, I asked one of cashiers if order number 50 was ready, to which she replied “You’re going to have to get in line.” She wanted me to get in line behind the people who haven’t placed their orders yet. When I said that I was just there to pick my order up, she insisted that I should still get in line because my order did not go through. I refused to get behind those people because 1) it was wrong, and 2) the cashier was very very rude. So I moved to the other side where mobile orders were supposed to be picked up and told one of the cashiers that I didn’t have time to wait and I want my money back. She replied that I cannot get my money back and that I will have to call my bank. She told me to wait for a few minutes, which I did because it looked like she was willing to help. About 10 customers paying and getting their orders after, I was still waiting. To my dismay, I left the restaurant telling them that they are terrible at their jobs and that they have no business being in customer service.
If only I could give a ZERO star to this location, I would have done it already. I left this location without my order and without getting my money back.

Read moreListen up... im gonna shoot you straight. Ive lived here 20 years and this Popeyes is notoriously difficult to deal with. Ive had everything happen from PAYING FOR the food before they told me that they didn't have nothing in the house but their version of chicken fingers and mash potatoes... I did get a ample amount of both after I decided to just accept whatever they gave me cuz I was hungry and tired and didn't want to wait 3-5 business days for a refund... to one time, having a worker/manager? basically get frustrated with a customer who didn't get everything and was essentially begging them to make it right, turn and tell the rest of us(who had been waiting for 10-20 min to order in the first place... my excuse for not leaving was that it was for my 11 year old son and I didn't want to disappoint him but I would've left if it was for me) anyways, the manager turns and tells the rest of us... at 816 at night... "I'm about done with all of this... no, no I'm sorry but we are done here" and me n the woman who was in front of me understood the assignment and basically started calming her down and kissing up to her JUST SO WE COULD CONVINCE HER TO LET US ORDER STILL(even tho we weren't involved, there was a long line of customers who weren't involved AND THEN PAY FOR THE PRIVILEGE of having to do so & the original customer wasn't being rude & just wanted what she paid for, too).
