So I've been going to the Lapeer flea market for the past few years and have found something unique every time. The flea market is open weekends until usually 2. I think it's marvelous idea and brings the community closer. Definently something to check out! They have antiques, toys, modern day accessories, jewelry, presidential memorabilia, collector items, knickknacks, and more! Oh, and those antique photo frames and pictures were $1 and are great quality (Italian made).

Easy to find, plenty of parking, handicap parking as well. Tables were set up and there was plenty of room to get around. The bathrooms were clean. They did have a food court but I couldn't tell you what they offered. Reasonable door price. I went to a Gun show and found some coins and some pins to put on some of my hats.

I seem to forget abou getting up here early, for the Flea Market. (Sundays) Truly a group of great people. I always seem to find something I never knew I needed. Lapeer Community rocks. 💯

I visited the market for the very first time the other day and had a wonderful time walking around and chatting with some of the vendors. We enjoyed a few lovely conversations that lasted more than five minutes each. However, our experience took a turn around 1:45/1:50 when a woman made an announcement over the loudspeaker.

Unfortunately, the tone of the announcement was so aggressive that it completely soured our mood. At that point, we hadn't even made it to the second half of the vendors since we had just arrived around 1:20. It was disheartening to hear such a harsh message directed at the vendors while shoppers were still browsing.

I believe there could have been a much better way to handle the situation, such as sending a group message or contacting the vendors individually who were packing up early. Making such an announcement over the loudspeaker felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it ultimately drove us away from wanting to shop any longer.

I truly hope that future events can be handled with more consideration for both the vendors and...

Ben and Carrie were great to work with! We had a last minute requirement for a 50-70 person room and they were more than happy to accommodate. The parking lot offered lots of space and easy access to the room. Overall the room was a great value and much cheaper than most halls would cost to rent, especially last minute like this. Thanks again for all...
