Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laramie

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never written a review before especially a negative one; however, my experience tonight warranted it. We placed an order online for breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon sticks at 6pm, the estimated time was approximately 25-35 minutes. This restaurant has a reputation in town for having notoriously poor service so we gave them plenty of extra time. After waiting patiently for an hour and a half my boyfriend called the establishment to enquire about our order. We were told that the delivery driver couldn’t deliver our order despite having the correct address because the phone number was incorrect. They were then going to retry to deliver it. After 40 minutes my boyfriend called again and we’re told the store did not know if the driver had the order or even tried to deliver it again. We expected that the store would return our call with some sort of update however after another 30 minutes of no delivery attempt or contact I called the store and requested an update. They said they driver had attempted to deliver it again however we were waiting by the door the entire time no attempt was made. I requested a refund since it had been almost 3 hours since we placed our order and was told that this was not an option. I was told they could give me a 20% discount but I have not seen any sign of that yet and quite frankly do not think I will be getting one. They did offer to remake our food and try to deliver it again, I went over the address and gave specific instructions so that there was no confusion upon delivery. We did finally receive our food 40 minutes following our 3rd call, however we ordered extra sauces and sides that we’re missing and our breadsticks were undercooked and doughy in the middle. Overall, this was a horrible experience waiting over 3 hours for some breadsticks just for them to be undercooked is just ridiculous. I understand that mistakes do happen and often times restaurants are understaffed however the situation was not handled well and the staff was not friendly or polite on the phone. I would not recommend offering this establishment...

A review from a previous employee: If you want to work here: I started working at Pizza Hut in April '24. I am saddened to quit my job along with three other employees (all managers) due to issues NOT concerning the food. I can't speak on what the management is like now but I know that before it was not good due to bad communication amongst managers and higher ups. Ashlynn and Blane however were incredible managers and I am sad to see that they are leaving due to issues I won't list here. If you're a customer: I want to be transparent as I care about the Laramie community. While I was working here, the store had a lot of mold in the back where we work and yellowish brown walls/ceiling (which I can only assume is grease). We were told to wash the bathroom trashcan lids in the same dish washer as the buffet plates. Maybe that's fine but I think it's gross. I can't verify this as I didn't see it for myself but I was told by my managers that our store also had maggots so we needed to try and clean up the mold as best we could. The GM and I cleaned a lot of the mold and apparently the maggots got dealt with. However with the condition of the store, I wouldn't be surprised if mold continues to be an issue.

Not writing this review to be unkind or screw anyone over. Since I no longer work here, I felt the need to be completely transparent with future employees...

I went the All--You--Can--Eat lunch buffet & I was " knocked off my feet " on how EXCELLENT the pizza & salad bar was !!!. The pizzas were smokin' 🔥 HOT & FANTASTIC tasting , & the Salad bar , that is also " All--You--Can Eat " was clean as could possibly be !!. In fact , I inadvertently spilled some French salad dressing on the Salad bar ( maybe 2 or 3 drops ) & before I got back to my booth ; possibly 12 feet away , The General Manager-- Kristy ( Spelling ?? ) has an employee " wipe up " the spilled French salad dressing that Ii spilled. !. On a scale of 1--10 , this Pizza Hut in Laramie is worth $9.95 + 6% Sales tax. I would rate it " higher " than 10 , but apparently that's is as high as this " Survey " goes !. I can't wait to go back again . Oh , I almost forgot ; on the pizza buffet , there's 2 " casseroles " --- a Sausage & rigatoni casserole & a chicken Alfredo casserole with rigatoni that's almost ( LOL ) as good as the Italian Sausage casserole. I know this is Alot to read , but Ive had some " fair--bad " Pizza Hut buffets around the Country, & this is by far THE BEST pizza buffet that I've had in years ; and only $9.95 !!. This is a Great " Steal of a Deal "...
