Have loved this store since moving to Wyoming: great inventory and reasonable prices. As of today, I will not go back to this establishment because almost none of the employees bother to wear masks. I understand the death toll in Wyoming is sparse but with 130,000+ Americans dead from Covid-19, the lack of awareness shown today was appalling. The cashiers do have the shields they stand behind but I did not see a single employee on the floor (not a cashier) wearing a mask while interacting with customers. For leadership to not take steps to ensure the safety of their customers is not something to be taken lightly. Yes this store is awesome and has every fun outdoor thing anyone could want, but the lack of social awareness and concern for customer safety is...

This review is about the Firearms department or section. I bought my first handgun today since Turing 21 from these guys, after looking all over town they have the best selection and the best deals. All three of the dudes were super cool and have always been very nice and helpful, from helping me chose the best ammo, assisting with the background check and making sure I knew where the shooting range/good areas are. I’m far from the outdoorsy country type person so I sometimes feel very out of place when shopping for guns but they are very nice and welcoming. Honestly one of the worst store experiences I’ve ever had, if I could I’d give zero stars. Went in for dog food, got to the only register with a cashier and waited patiently for her to finish talking with another coworker only for her to turn around and rudely say “I’m not open” and turn back around and continue talking. No offer of where I should go to get checked out or who could help me, just was completely ignored. Waited 5 minutes before another lady showed up and checked me out. Called the store to complain to a manager about the terrible customer service and was laughed at by the manager. Will NOT be shopping there ever again. Chewy will be...
