Hi, I just wanted to give this location a 1 star once again due to the store being very messy and I understand itās crazy due to the holidays but still thatās no excuse of having toys, clothes and other items on the floor. I went to this location on 11-16-24 and when I was going to the cashier I had plenty of glass item and she placed them all together in ONE bag like does she know they can break? And I asked her if she can bag them separately and all she did was doubled backed it! She did mention at the moment they didnāt have any paper but she couldāve at least bagged them separately. Also, when I was in my way out of the store they guy that was āin chargeā of being by the door doing nothing but talking BS he yelled at us that the carts canāt go outside so we took everything out of the cart and the alarm system went off that something still had a security tag on it so we were going to give him the bag to check as a good ācustomer serviceā should I mean they do that in ALL stores he said āI canāt touch your itemsā very rude also we were by the door and he told us ācan yāall move out the way from the doorā and when we were about to move he grabs are cart very upset with full force not to mention my mom was grabbing on to the cart because she had difficulty to walk so she grabs onto the cart for support and when he pulled it back very aggressively she almost fell!!! And he walked away we were so in shock that happened his name was (Alfredo)!!!! If I see him again I will approach him so this accident wonāt happen again...

First time I went two employees did help my husband and I create our registry but unfortunately when we went back days later to finish with items, the employee either did not want to help us or did not have the proper knowledge of the registry. According to her Burlington no longer carried baby registry. When we told her we did ours days ago she replied that she didnāt know how if they didnāt have it. I recommended for her to ask, the person who responded stated that they do and for us to walk to the back. That right there is horrible customer service but it gets worse. When my baby shower came around, the majority of my guests let me know that when they went for our list and to purchase our gifts, they were all told that Burlington did not do baby registry. Imagine how much money the store could have made if management trained and gave their employees the proper information and knowledge so everyone is on the same page. My list consisted of a crib, stroller, car seats, play pins but they were purchased elsewhere. Iāve worked in customer service and when I was not sure about something I did not know I asked to gain knowledge for the customer and myself. I also passed that information along to my fellow employees so we all knew our job. Burlington has disappointed my family and friends with the horrible customer service they have provided and lost customers in us. Management really needs to get their stuff together with...

The only response was you can go to front and tell them there. Even your not in the clock a manager has to be professional and help. That's not a professional manager and if especially if it's code adam! You guys need to talk more of code adam to the associate. Because they don't care. Am pretty sure they don't care because it's not their child but you never know when is going to happen to any one of you. You as managers need to talk of code adam what does it mean and try to help!
