Bad customer service. If your shopping for furniture online be aware there is ANOTHER price in the description with what it comes with. Went to the store on San Bernardo and spoke with Mike C. , sales rep, that it was most likely an error, the description price was too low but the manager would call us the next day. We went the following day to speak with Mr Martinez, manager, he sad the same thing, he would call to confirm on price and "PROMISED" to call us the next day. Now more than a wk has gone by and no sign of Mr Martinez. Went to the store and still was told the manager needed to tell us the price and kept ignoring us for other customers online and over the phone. At the same time called the one on Clark and spoke with sales rep Efrain and the WORSE customer service! Admitted to me he had to "defend" his manager that we all make mistakes and said I was just another customer he was gonna have to deal with an error on their part. I had to give him a lecture on how customers are always right. Regardless if I was another customer he was going to have an issue with. He needed to talk to me with respect. Had to call him out calmly to tell him I'm not upset just disappointed and how he is the one selling to me, he needs to let me finish, figure out another way to make the situation better knowing he was not the manager. After that he then realized how ugly he was being and apologized. Don't need to remind a sales rep how to have better customer service. Just because we live in Laredo doesn't mean he gets to make the situation worse.so guys I suggest you read the fine print and descriptions to know if you are getting a good deal. And Mr Martinez I hope your reading this. Your employees have horrible customer service. Me and my family just wanted a good deal on furniture and communication...

No lie when I tell you this on our last purchase we ran into an issue that we thought it wouldn't be solved and we thought that we were going to be stuck with furniture that wasn't going to fit and it had been weeks from calls, to going into the store, and asking for updates and I tell you that they did all they could to help my family and myself til finally it was able to happen even the owner stepped in to help us get this figured out. This is why we wouldn't go anywhere else and its not because what they did for us, it's because they are here for Laredo, they are here for the community, they have big hearts that no matter what they are there to help.. we highly recommend...

Very bad quality material chairs are wobbly and table shakes. We called twice to speak with a manager and he did not look for any kind of resolution no sympathy what so ever. Said he was going to get back to me and never did, it was always us who had to follow up, then they said we didnât get guarantee but it was never offered so they are charging for $350 to come and do repair for something that it was never good.
