Tacolare San Bernardo — Restaurant in Laredo

Busi ess owner visiting from SC and decided to guve this a try.....service was disappointing young girl with glasses was rude and a bit errogant when i mentioned my food didnt look like the picture in the menu, cause I was served a soup. the description states nothing about being a soup!!!! I love Horchata and ordered it and it was ok just tasted water down The only thing she said was it wasn't her fault what the pictures look like on the menu OMG! Did offer to change for something else but I decided to keep and try. In the 1960's, Mexico City had a fancy Italian restaurant named "Focolare". Soon, popular taquerias mocked the place having similar names. Laredo's Tacolare has good tasting food but problems in service, Some other comments have pointed to that problem. Let me add two examples: Tortilla soup is a tiny plate of broth (very good taste) and some fried tortillas at the side. The opposite should be done: place tortillas, in the dish (give the choice of small and medium size orders) and serve the broth for the customer, and give him aside cheese, cream, avocado, et caetera. The flavor of the pastor meat and chicharrón is tasty. However, the very little amount of meat added to a taco is just not right. The cilantro and onion added in my two to go plate lunch barely had enough for two tacos and each plate lunch I purchased had 4 tacos. I also ordered two Mexican jumbo hot dogs and selected no grilled onion and tomatoes but my hot dogs did not come with bacon either and I didn’t select no bacon.
