Pollo Feliz Express #4 — Restaurant in Laredo

First time trying this location, I’ve tried others but this one was close to home. I got the Felix Bowl with a Jamaica and my wife got the Fajita Torta. Not half way through the torta my wife starts coughing and pulls out a long hair (my wife has short hair) with the food enter twined in the hair. It was actually disgusting. We call the restaurant to let them know what happened and they say we don’t have any females working right now so it can’t be from us. The cashier was a female, and we did call the right location. It was either Whataburger, McDonald's, or Pollo Feliz. The place was clean & modern . We ordered the 12 piece combo . Came with rice, beans, salsa, tortillas & of course the chicken . Didn't have anything to eat prior. I was really hungry so I ate 3 pieces of chicken & the beans (btw me my mom & father all got sick , me & mom had the same symptoms & dad got the explosive diarrhea). I've always been a fan from the Pollo Feliz by San Dario and the food is great. I have been to this location in Jacaman several times because it's a lot closer to where Iive. This is my personal review. The chicken is small the drumsticks look like buffalo wings. The beans smell like they're going bad, but I think that the culprit is the tomatoes. They smell rancid.
