Whataburger — Restaurant in Laredo

I had a horrible experience at the whataburger on Jacaman Rd in Laredo. When taking my order through the drive-thru the person seemed out of it and when finally seeing the person at the window she told me the window wasn't working. And she seemed under the influence or something because her eyes were very small and she would speak slow and would forget things. When I got to work and was ready to eat my food I noticed she forgot my hash browns! And when trying to call the number provided on the website it says it's no longer in service. THANKS...

Girls working can’t understand English so of course the order is wrong. Check your order before leaving drive thru even if 20 cars are behind you. When I called to voice my complaint the manager hung up the phone. I will be calling corporate and reporting store number 868..update 05/2023. It sucks to jalapeño biscuit is gone. The lady that takes orders during the night is the rudest person. I’ve been going to whataburger for many years because I love it. However, the lady at this location is making me want to stop. I would go and she would answer me over the intercom in the rudest tone. Also it wouldn’t be just to me I would hear her doing the same thing to other people also when they’re ordering in front of me. She would also give rude looks when handing out orders.
