Really disappointed this time around, had a not so great experience tonight… I love Beach Pizza, I live in Port Richey 34668 and drive an hour just to get food from this location. Tonight I ordered a large Buffalo chicken pizza and an order of garlic knots online. I got my text verification and my order was to be complete within 30 minutes. I placed the order at 8:29pm, upon arriving I browsed around the Largo plaza for awhile and walked in the store at 9:10. The associates proceeded to tell me they did not have an order for my name because initially I did not specify it was online rather than over the phone as they must’ve assumed. I was frustrated at that point and called the Redington beach location and Seminole to ensure it wasn’t an error on my behalf. After confirming I did order at the Largo store, and doublechecking my text receipt that clearly said Largo, I showed the workers there and finally they excused their self and said “oh our iPad was dead”. I responded by saying that I ordered over 40 minutes ago. The girls assured me that the order would be quick and didn’t really apologize for the situation or try to rectify anything on their part for not doing their job. I figured maybe they would throw something in or partial refund me if not in full… It is certainly not my fault that their iPad was dead if that’s even true. I then sat in the dining room for an additional 25 minutes with my children waiting in the car and crying. The 25 minutes, which wasn’t very quick at all when the wait time is supposed to be 30 minutes when you’re ordering regularly… this should’ve been “on the fly” I don’t know how long it takes for the pizzas to bake but overall I waited over an hour and the customer service was poor. Read moreWent to get a couple of slices to go after the movie. Told the girl at the register it was our first visit and we'd like pizza to go. To my amazement, she rolled her eyes at me. I asked the older blonde person and she said to "look around." So I see some "specials" and ordered the pepperoni slices and soda. The girl who rolled her eyes at the register (brown haired and chubby)...sorry, they do not wear name tags. Maybe if they wore name tags they'd behave more professionally...I digress. Well, she asked if it was to stay or to go with another eye roll (I guess she wanted to make sure I caught it in case I missed the first one). I reminded her I wanted pizza to go (about 20 seconds prior). Now we're standing there and someone comes in behind us and I don't want to block them. So a helpful blonde young man behind the counter saw our confusion and asked what we needed. I explained I just would like to know where we wait to pick up the food. Now the old blonde woman chimes in like she really cared without saying much. I told her she nor the girl at the register were helpful or pleasant. She accused me of not being nice to the girl at the register (I guess they need to protect each other after their ill manners). Then she mumbled just loud enough for us to hear "and don't come back." Now, I understand that taking pizza orders is not fun, especially at her age. In fact, it probably sucks. But the amount of effort it would have taken to say, "Welcome, we'll take your order here and the pizza rotates through the oven over there..." could have prevented an uncomfortable situation that spiraled downhill. I know we all have bad days, but the pizza did not make up for the horrible service, super greasy. So, zero stars if able. If I were the owner I'd try to hire people who are a tad more customer...

I made several attempts to speak with someone other than the manager on duty, bottom line, they simply could care less. This is my final email to this establishment:
My family and I have never been treated so poorly by the male delivery person and the male that answered the phone yesterday after I had called and complained that my Buffalo Shrimp had Ranch Dressing on them. The girl that answered when I ordered and with my original call to complain that the shrimp had ranch dressing on them offer to remake and resend the shrimp order to us. That was fine. Things went drastically down hill from there... First I always order no dressing and to substitute sour cream, if you don’t have sour cream I am very clear that I do not want dressing of any kind with my wings or shrimp. I have ordered my shrimp and wings from your location many times over many years this way. Second if you said you’re going to remake the order, remake the order, not half the order. Third, never, ever tell me “I can’t give you free food”. I didn’t ask for free food, I was not looking for free food, my order was $70, I expect it to be made right and delivery timely the first time. I was a regular customer, but I will never buy anything from any of your locations again after that remark was made on top of my food being wrong to being with.
