This place is a joke. I was a VIP and spent lots of money monthly here until recently they decided to scammed me. What made me decide to never come back here is the attitude of the manager. Whatever her name is, she was extremely rude, lying, and very unprofessional. Back in April, I made an appointment here to get my lip filler, the nurse Irina talked me into getting 4 syringes of filler for the amount $2255 (Buy 3 get 1 free). I wanted to only do 2 syringes but ended up using 3 syringes on chin, under eyes, lips and nasallabial folds. I have fillers at another clinic every 4-6 months and I'm young so getting 3 syringes were too much for my face. She suggested that I can save the last Syringes for future use as she doesn't want to stretch the skin of my lips too much. She assured me that it will be saved for future and told me not to worry. Last week I called and asked about it. A girl on the phone told me she has no record of it because they just changed to new rx system, she will ask the manager. The manager is currently in the meeting and she will call me back later...Never heard from her that day. The next day I called back again, another girl picked up, told me the same thing....the manager is in the meeting, she has no record of it as they just changed their rx system. I told her, yesterday the other girl told me the same thing and never get a call back. Then couple hours later, the manager called back saying I used all my 4 syringes. I told her No, Irina reassured me multiple times that she saved the last syringe for my lips. I told her what we did that day, we decided to save the last syringe instead of using them all. Then she told me the nurse doesn't do filler undereye, only Dr Mira does it. That's not entirely true. Dr Mira did the filler to my right 's under eye and Irina did the left eye. It was recorded on their Iphone and Ipad. She said ohhh the video showed Dr Mira did both, Only Dr Mira do undereye, the nurse doesn't do it...This girl clearly doesn't know what she was talking about. She wasn't even in the room that day and had the nerve to tell me that I was lying. I asked her to let me talk to Irina, she said NO IRINA DOESN'T WORK HERE ANYMORE. I asked her then can I talk to your Dr then, then she laughed and said NO THE DOCTOR WON'T TALK TO YOU EITHER. Then another hour a guy called me saying that the video showed Dr Mira did my right eye and Irina did my left eye. OK so who was lying? That manager told me she will send me the note which she never did. Keep that syringe, you've lost a monthly customer. I will give my money to other clinics....

i went here a couple of months ago and asked for half of a syringe of lip filler to be split evenly into my top and bottom lip. I had this done at a different place a few years ago and loved the results. i explained what i wanted to the doctor and she seemed to understand what i was asking for as it was a pretty simple request. after getting my filler inserted and paying $450 for the service the next few days i noticed that it looked like most of the filler was in my top lip and only a very small amount in my bottom. i was really unhappy with the results and also confused why they didn’t look like the did when i had previously gotten them done years ago. i went in a week later for my follow up and the doctor explained that she thought when i said to split the filler ‘evenly’ i said to ‘even’ my lips out which is not what i said and was why basically all of the filler was put into my top lip and just a touch in my bottom. i was really upset that she had heard me as i put my trust in her and a medical practice that they wouldn’t charge me and do a service unless they were 100% in what i wanted and as i said what i wanted and again it seemed she understood what i had asked for (the filler to be split ‘evenly’) as there were no follow up questions asked to me before she begin. it was only after that i found out she thought i said ‘even’ them out. next time i will go to a different place and make sure to double check with them before they begin but again this place had such good reviews i thought that i could trust in the doctor and the service that i was receiving to me done correctly and i don’t understand why a service would be provided when the doctor wasn’t 100% of what i wanted but acted like she did. i get that misunderstandings happen but i am super disappointed, confused and upset by this experience. at the follow up is when i found out that the doctor misunderstood what i asked for and so i asked if there was anyway i could get my money back and was told no not at all but they offered to dissolve my filler free of charge but couldn’t guarantee they would fully dissolve. i went in to feel better and more confident about my appearance and left feeling worse that i did before i came here and will never come back. i never leave bad reviews but i need to express how unhappy i was with my experience here and i hope this hasn’t or doesn’t happen...

My experience at Dr. Mira Mahajan’s Golden Glow Medical Spa has been PHENOMENAL! During each visit, Dr. Mira and her staff have spent a great deal of time explaining the procedures and answering all my questions. I initially was scheduled for Botox treatments and Dr. Mira and Tina explained all available options. I then decided to choose Xeomin instead of Botox and I love it! It has a more natural feeling and the price is less costly than Botox. Dr. Mira is also an ABSOLUTE ARTIST placing filler because she makes everything look so natural! Since then, I’ve had the thread lift procedure on my lower face and neck and I’m VERY HAPPY with the results. Dr. Mira calmly and meticulously placed each thread and once again everything is very NATURAL looking! I was able to see the results right away because I could easily compare my before and after pictures.

Lastly, after seeing the recent Coolsculpting webinar, I decided to schedule a session. Dr. Mira and Monica explained the entire procedure beforehand and Monica is truly an expert at setting up the session and completing all of the steps for a successful treatment. I was apprehensive about the pain that might be involved but it was painless! During the Coolsculpting session, I was very comfortable and even watched Netflix. As an added bonus, lunch of my choice was provided by the office! After the session was completed, Amanda skillfully performed the Thermibody heat treatment which enhances the Coolsculpting results.

Dr. Mira and the entire staff are extremely pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Tina has been able to explain the many services, answer all of my questions and find various ways to get discounts and rewards. Dr. Mira has provided consultations to explain each procedure, show pictures and alleviate any of my concerns. She definitely is an expert in her field! During the procedures Tina, Monica and Amanda have been present to assist Dr. Mira. They are incredibly kindhearted and add a calming presence to the client. The entire staff truly cares about you and your satisfaction with the procedure.
