Our family has enjoyed receiving the most wonderful service here. They’ve replaced watch batteries, repaired jewelry for us, resized a ring, customized a ring, and more. When I inquired about resizing my wedding ring, the owner noticed that it was plated in 18k yellow gold over 18k white gold. This didn’t make sense to me as it was supposed to be originally cast in 18k solid yellow gold. Keith became my advocate and reached out to the original jeweler who designed it for me. The original jeweler completely recast and resized the ring for me, all thanks to Keith! I’m so glad he noticed this and offered to communicate directly with the original jeweler for me. If he hadn’t I would’ve needed to redo the plating every few years, even though it was never supposed to be gold plated to begin with. When I found a watch recently that belonged to my grandfather who passed on 26 years ago, I brought it in to Keith to look at for me. He ordered a few new parts for it and now it’s as good as new, with extra sentimental value. They’ve really gone above and beyond for us, and truly seem to care. They take every sterile precaution to heart, but somehow still make you feel close to them! They go the extra mile and provide free hand sanitizer, masks & gloves, if needed. We were looking for rings for our wedding vow renewal and K and K came highly recommended. They are wonderful people and so helpful. My current set is curved in the back and I mentioned that I would like something would fit behind it. A few minutes later, Keith came out with the perfect band. It was exactly what I wanted! My husband wanted a little bling and they helped him find the perfect ring. They were able to size them and have them ready for our ceremony. When we went to pick up the rings, we took some rings that belonged to my mom and grandmother. They needed cleaning and adjusting. They look like brand new.
