My visit to this store 9 out of 10 normally is very good, The woman who was at the counter uo front, sadly I didn't get her name, However She was EXTREMELY pleasant and VERY VERY helpful, I came in around 745/ 8 ish pm on Friday evening, This beautiful women and I talked about a thing we both had in common, but that's beside the point, I had to return earrings that I had purchased in MEMORY of my late Fiance, and she could relate, however this time of year the company really doesn't have much to choose from, Around November and December I believe is when what I am looking for should be there....Again this Woman was truly very Helpful , she deserves a RAISE, GIFT CARD, SOMETHING, I will definitely come back. Its Okay. Yes, the store itself is great, good selection, lots of different and unique things, a fun place to look through, not often though, they dont get new stuff in very often it seems and Id have a much better experience but one of the employees whom I have issues with EVERYTIME I shop at this location and Im not one to give names but Martha, the older lady cashier is VERY rude to me, I walk up and she walks away and does other things that could have waited, specially when no one is waiting behind me, she makes me stand there and wait for no reason and she does this everytime I go in she is very nice to the older crowd BUT just down right rude to the younger, I guess you have to be above 35 to get...

Love Bealls, love this store but Monday morning at 9 am it is dirty, messy, with garbage in most of the carts. (there was an apple core in mine). Also, there were sharp items on the dressing room and multiple items mishelved (probably left by lazy customers who changed their minds) but it was 9 am on Monday morning.

I am also giving this store an extra star for the staff. When you go to check out, when you need anyting, those people are there; they know their job; they take care of you they work sufficiently and they're very sweet and helpful.
