This was the WORST restaurant experience of our Life

Mystery food being served as Salmon and improper serving temperatures of Food

Worst service and experience in any restaurant.

SICK to STOMACH and cramping. BAD Food is not served at proper tempetature Old Food and poor quality

After only 5 bites, I was up all night with stomach pain and upset stomach. My stomach still hurts this morning.

Soo happy we did not eat the entire meals. We had soup and Salad that they yelled we needed to pay for after Hair was in food and I said 4 times, I was sending my food back due to mystery meat, cold rice and hard cold egg roll as well as splash over of something in rice

Wish I had read their poor reviews before going there as it is true reflection of the poor quality food and very poor Service

How are the reviews this high for this restaurants?? We went to a differnce place

Vicky and Sam argued and were confrontational about HAIR sticking OUT of Friend's Sushi. Argued that I needed to pay for entire meal that I did not eat or want. They offered "Coupons" for next time. There will not be a next time at this horrible "restaurant" They do not know how to properly cook and present food They are serving bargain section pre made food

From the beginning it was off and bad

Poor communication and pretending to not even understand when I said I have an Allergy to Mushrooms. I asked that she please tell the Kitchen Staff. She said, tell me later. I said it is very important. I can die from mushroom or contact with mushrooms. She shrugged her shoulder and sighed!

The table was dirty on top and under. The seat had food on it I asked that the table be wiped. She wiped it with the same rag she wiped the seats and other dirty tables with. It was still smeared and greasy. We used napkins to wipe it and had to ask Vicky to throw them away

The menus were sticky with food on them

The bathroom is dirty and had very old, empty and broken dollar store deodorizer on top of the toilet.

Later, we said we wish we had just left as nothing was served at the proper temperature and the service was so terrible with poor English and attiude. No Smiles. No sure, I will get that

Salad arrived in big chucks with stringy piece of tomato and very thin no flavor ginger dressing. Server proped a fork inside it. No knife was given to either of us. No napkin with fork, knife and spoon. Just sticks a fork in it at the table after carrying the fork in her bare hand. That is NOT stanitary as she had been touching her face, hair and money from others! She also carried water and food up against her shirt.

She brought the Sushi without chopsticks or dish for soy sauce I asked and she brought 1....not for both of us! I asked again.

"Salmon" arrived looking like a very thin piece of chicken or white fish that had been dyed. It was weird texture and had grease and black flecks from the dirty cooktop grill

One bite confirmed it was not Salmon. Friend tasted it and said no way is that Salmon

The rice was so congelled and starchy as well as room temperature. Almost cold!

The egg roll looked like Dollar stores Frozen egg roll. 1 bite and that was NOT hot or cripsy

I decided to send my entire meal back and not get anything They never removed it from the Table and yelled at me when they gave me bill for full price of the uneaten meal. They said you ate it. My friend said no that is why you still see the food. They yelled they will give coupons We said no coupons

We said we will pay for the soup and salad only. We had water.

We left and they still were making scene in front of other customers

WHO does that!?

Who yells at and gets angry when they were wrong and hair was coming OUT of the suschi. Both Sam and Vicky said it was "NOT a hair from "us" No hair in Sushi. They both told my friend it was Her hair sticking out of the rice of the sushi!

How very rude and inappropriate

Hope the Health Department will teach them proper santitation and Proper Food Temps Training so that no one else...

I laugh because a 2 year old review was exactly the same encounter we had. 4 small shrimp and not a smile or welcome of any sort from staff. I leave few ratings, but this was too bad to ignore. Very few people in the restaurant but expect a wait time as if they were packed. Maybe they have great food, but it sure wasn't on our plates. Our food was OK to good. The atmosphere is silly. Business phone ringing and phone or IPad alarming as loud as it can go. Will they turn it off? Maybe 1 out of 3 times. All while Christian music plays in the background. Music that surely doesn't match the unfriendly atmosphere they provide.

I honestly believe this could be a great restaurant. Appears clean with good seating. Prices were pretty reasonable. Think of your customers' experience and silence the ringing and alerts. Use the vibrate mode. Smile, welcome customers, and guide them to a seat. These actually cost you nothing. Now for something that will cost you a small amount, spend a little extra for large shrimp in the meals with shrimp. Seriously, a few minor changes would drastically increase your number of customers. Until that time, my friends and I will...

This place has never disappointed me! After I had my baby last May I wanted sushi so bad & hadn’t found a good sushi place yet & I am so happy I found this place. They are so accommodating & they do not rip you off with their portions! The prices are great, I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone here is always friendly. Every time I ever go to another sushi place I compare it to this one & it’s never as good as O.E.C

Here’s an example of what I’m talking about. This whole thing came to $38.00! I also got a miso soup that came with my sashimi meal & I asked for extra salmon sashimi that’s also not pictured so if I didn’t get the three extra salmon it would’ve been $31.00! Both prices are SO good. The quality of fish is great & like I said they don’t rip you off with their portions! So if you’re looking for a good sushi place to eat I wouldn’t come here because this place is...
