My 3rd time eating at this Speggtacular location (have not eaten at either of the other 2 locations, I think it's 2 anyways but have heard good things) and have not been disappointed in the slightest in any way on each of my visits. Quite the opposite actually. I meant to write a review sooner honestly.... Only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't take a picture of every plate on the table this time to show you! The kitchens plate presentation is great as u can see in the 1 photo I took of my crepes. The other 3 plates for my company at our table looked great as well and everyone was satisfied. Staff seems to be on point. My server Laura, was most definitely on point as she had the whole menu memorized and was very professional/friendly. One of the kitchen staff(who was really nice BTW)even brought us out an extra plate for the toddler we had with us and had not ordered for. Quality food prepared proper and for a more than fair price especially when you consider how much food they pile onto one's plate..... Enough so that a couple people that ate with me took a doggy bad home! It's set up nicely with a great mural on the wall, very clean and have hand sanitizer available in several locations throughout the restaurant... Very covid-19 friendly family resteraunt. I am now a regular after today!

Oh man, I thought that by only ordering a crepe and 2 eggs that I might still be hungry, but no - it's huge! The crepe was really sweet, but not too much, as well as having just the perfect amount of fruit vs english cream. Absolutely delectable. My boyfriend had the southwestern omelet, which he says was pretty good, he felt it was missing a bit of a kick of flavor though. Elsewise he said he really enjoyed it, and the omelette was also served with fresh fruit (which I hadn't noticed until all that was left was the rinds - so it was fresh enough for him to eat right away!). I quite honestly do not have anything bad to say about this place, perhaps other than it was a bit noisy? That's not their fault though, it was just a bit busy. Along with their well-prepared food, the atmosphere was excellent, bright inside, but not so much that you'd need sunglasses, really pretty murals, and there was plenty of seating, but not so packed together it was uncomfortable. Our server Alecs, was also super friendly! Even though we hadn't ordered much she was sure to check on us from time to time, and it seemed like she truly liked her job there. Fully deserves 5 stars! I highly recommend coming here for breakfast or brunch.

First and foremost, the staff was polite and welcoming but could use a bit more training when handling people's credit card. I don't recommend you take credit cards without immediately making the payment. Instead they go taking more orders, refilling more drinks and bringing out more food while walking around with your credit card in hand. I had the steak and eggs. The food was tasteless, the eggs tasted like they were liquid eggs out of a carton. The steak came with a pile of toppings on it and underneath was a rubber steak. The best part of my meal was the fresh fruit, coffee and the toast. It's a new location hopefully the quality of the food will improve over time. On this particular day at this particular location my experience wasn't all that great. I try not to criticize people. I don't judge people. I'm just here to evaluate my experience as a paying customer. Pictures are provided.

whichever woman answered the phone at 923am today on april 16th 2024 was extremely rude unprofessional and seemed very careless speaking to me over the phone and when i got there recieved a dirty look from her. i usually tip atleast 5-10 bucks bc i love this place so much but not a hello how are you, sorry if i was short over the phone, no communication there whatsoever! wow! never have i ever gotten bad service from this location until today, never again will i order from here and spend my hard earned money because of how rude she was. i normally don’t complain but ive seen some bad customer service lately and its not appreciated from anyone. this world needs kindness and the businesses need professionalism, nothing less. very disappointing because the cook smiles at everyone and hes a great cook. please hire professional people who have great customer service skills. bad day or not, i have never treated someone bad bc of a bad day. completely...
