Calling all "Noodle Heads"! This is an authentic Ramen Noodle Bowl place and that is NOT something you can find throughout the county. It is easily located very near U.S. Hwy 19 on Ulmerton Road which is the main avenue in Largo. That makes it very accessible from anywhere in the Pinellas County area. It is truly worth the travel time to visit this place! They have great appetizers on the menu. There are plenty of Ramen Bowls to choice from. They have a great deal of add on ingredients to add to your Ramen Bowls such as noodle refills and fresh Kimchi. They offer Hibachi dishes. They offer great Rice Bowls. They have Hand Rolls and Asian Tacos. They have a great Lunch Specials Menu. They have plenty of Asian drinks to choose from to include beers and wines. The food came out fresh, piping hot and in a timely manner. Patrick, the host and waiter was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable regarding the menu items and helped with ordering preferences. The head chef, Moss was very friendly and asked if we needed anything or had any questions regarding the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone that likes real authentic Ramen Bowls, Rice Bowls, or other Asian dishes. Try the food and then write your own Google Maps Review to support their sustained growth and longevity. Six Stars!

My recent visit to this establishment left me quite disappointed and did not meet the expectations one typically has when dining out. The overall experience fell short on several fronts. Firstly, the ramen itself appeared to be made with instant noodles, lacking the depth and quality one anticipates from a restaurant offering this dish. It tasted more akin to a basic, home-prepared meal rather than an authentic ramen experience. Furthermore, the pork preparation was not satisfactory. Traditional ramen often features pork that has been carefully rendered to create a flavorful broth. The preparation here did not seem to follow this practice. Additionally, the quality of the broth itself was underwhelming, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. The importance of using purified water in broth preparation cannot be overstated, as it significantly impacts the final taste. While the sweet chili dipping sauce was a positive aspect, the soft-boiled egg was overcooked, lacking the desired runny yolk. Additionally, the absence of seaweed, a common and expected component of ramen, was notable. It is my sincere hope that the restaurant will reconsider its approach to these dishes and focus on providing authentic, high-quality ingredients and preparation methods that align with the expectations of its patrons.

Wings: These golden-glazed wings came dressed to impress—crispy skin, glossy sweet chili sauce, and a green onion garnish that screams “I’m fancy but fun.” The texture looks on point—crunchy exterior locking in juicy goodness. A bed of greens gives it that "I’m trying to be healthy" energy, which we appreciate while ignoring it entirely. Ramen: That bowl? A lava lagoon of flavor. Rich, vibrant broth loaded with spicy goodness, earthy mushrooms, bamboo shoots, fiery red pickled ginger, soft-yolk egg, and a slice of charred chashu pork that looks like it’s been kissed by a culinary angel with a blowtorch. If your sinuses weren’t clear before this, they are now. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you sweat and smile at the same time. Final Take: If you're looking for bold flavor, spicy comfort, and a plate of wings that makes you question your loyalty to Buffalo style—Miku delivers. Bring tissues… not for tears of sadness, but for the joyful spice drip. And shout-out to Naomi, who was warm, attentive, and had great recommendations. She made the whole experience feel like you were dining with a friend who just happens to know how to perfectly pace a meal. Spice level: Medium-high. Satisfaction level: Off the charts.

RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT Thanks for taking the time and the nice words, but...not exactly sure what you by taking my comment about transparency to heart.

Which is it: are you going to provide a clear, obvious description of your "chashu ramen" as having almost no meat (two pre-measured, tiny slices...), or are you going to provide a proper serving of meat so the dish deserves the name?

Or, are you just making nice noises and will do nothing?

I lived in Asia for over a decade, know Japanese and Chinese food, and have frequented many, many noodle and chashu restaurants -- yours is the only one who called a dish " 'chashu' anything" and had such a tiny portion of meat.

Have it Our Way

On leaving need to look for a fast food place to fill up.

$15 bowl of chashu ramen came with two TINY very thin slices of meat (had to put on glasses to see if it was thin sliced mushroom).

Server response “yah…that’s the way it comes”.

This appears purposely deceptive - provide very smallest possible amount of meat so you can still get away with calling it “chashu ramen”.

Not for me.

Also, place is dark as a cave, when asked about cracking the blackout curtains to let some natural light in, service staff response: “…we like it dark like this”.

Proper response if one was interested in making customers happy - “i’m sure we can open the curtains for you”, perhaps qualified with: “…as long as the other customers don’t object.”

Too bad, place...
