Now that I no longer work here I can now leave an honest review….First Off BEWARE OF THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE as it NEVER gets cleaned daily/nightly as it should YES I would’ve cleaned the machine BUT I was NEVER trained on how to clean it otherwise I WOULD’VE cleaned it myself, the whole 6 months I’ve been working there I’ve only known that the milkshake machine to be cleaned ONCE the whole time I’ve worked there….and the night that it was cleaned I was sent home after doing my nightly closing duties so therefore I couldn’t get to see how to break it down to properly clean it so if anybody gets sick after having a milkshake that is why….also the food is ok for the most part depending on what you’re getting, now the hotdogs? again depending which one you order OR which hotdog you prefer while ordering as your options are either the chicken/pork hotdog or All Nathan’s Beef. 😑 just wish they were actually grilled rather than steamed OR deep fried upon requested IF you don’t like it steamed, wish the hotdogs were thicker rather than pencil thin…..seems like you get more soggy bread & condiments than hotdog because of how slim they currently are BUT that’s going to be changed soon as they have a NEW deep fryer in the back (NOT FOR DEEP FRYING) that they’ll be using soon to BOIL the hotdogs instead of steaming them as they’ll be removing the steamer. Yes we were told to ask each customer that’s ordering hotdogs if they want either the standard chicken/pork hotdog OR IF they wanted to upgrade to All Nathan’s Beef otherwise those who prefer All Nathan’s Beef WILL be getting the standard chicken/pork hotdog IF we don’t ask if they want the upgrade or IF they don’t request it themselves 1st during the ordering process. But all in all I’m glad I’m no longer working here as I was written up for having to call off on such short notice that wasn’t within the 3 hour window that they have as I had no choice too UNEXPECTEDLY MIND YOU because I CHOSE to be a parent to care for my child who has NO OTHER childcare OR having the means for childcare during the summer months or before/after school childcare while my husband is at work himself who can’t always drop everything while working to get my daughter as he’s an assistant funeral director who DOESN’T have a set schedule as his job has him set as an on call as needed basis who ALSO is called to come in to do errands for the funeral home, works/runs funeral services/burials, gets called to do death calls during the night or day when the calls come in, the calls come in even during late nights mostly & knowing my circumstances/situation of having to work around my child & husband I got written up for having to call off 2 hours BEFORE my shift started to care for MY OWN child & knowing the fact that I was going to be fired ANYWAY for not signing the write up, I forced myself to quit after finding out they were taking away money from my cash tips that I worked for all because I had to call off unexpectedly outside the 3 hour window this past Friday (08/09/2024)…..I’ll be surprised if this location will last much longer since this place can NEVER seem to keep people with as many people I’ve seen who’ve got hired come in & seen how shitty it really is after a while then ended up walking out on them during the 6 short months that I’ve worked here. There are a few good ones (they know who they are) that I loved working with & hope they shine brighter than ever elsewhere, where they are better appreciated & isn’t forced to work like a slave for 8 plus hours while NOT having to be forced to work 6-7 days a week due too call offs & no...

They got my order wrong I ordered 2 Footlong hot dogs and a fish sandwich with fries I asked for all the condiments to be put on the side because when I'm picking up an order by time I get it home the Bread would be saggy After getting home I noticed that I was missing a hot dog and the other hot dog had the mustard and Sweet onions on it When I called the store the manager said I had to come back to pick up the other hot dog My issue was by time I got the other hot dog home all of my food would have been cold plus the other hot dog Have onions on it which made the bread very soggy I kindly ask the Manager to please replace my Order because My order was wrong and I did not wanna eat cold food at which time he told me he would not replace my order the only thing he would do is give me the hot dog that I was missing even though the other hot dog was made wrong he would not replace that either I go there 2 Or 3 times A month And typically spend between $50 to $70 I will no longer be going to this Facility because the customer is Supposed to be Treated right and and they refuse to correct my order and replace it with a fresh one so they just Lost a steady customer I hope they think it was worth it Do yourselves a favor always Check your bag if you're doing A pick up and never ordered delivery because if it's wrong you're stuck with it Also you know Coney island franks Are supposed to be 100% beef I'm from New York I've been to Coney island and that's what they advertise but This store only sells you beef hot dogs if you ask for it and they charge more money If the price...

We were very excited to try this new venue after hearing so many good things about the Brooksville location. We had been longtime customers of Bruce's Chicago Deli in this same spot, and were glad to see another hot dog restaurant take its place. The staff are extremely friendly and really seem to care a lot about the restaurant and their guests. They've done an excellent job cleaning and redecorating the place. Unfortunately the food does not live up to the expectations. I realize everything is getting more expensive, however the price for what you get seems unreasonably high here. 2 of us ordered hot dogs, 1 had a sausage dog, and 1 had a corn dog. The hot dogs had no real taste to them, and blended right in with the buns. They were not served hot, or even room temperature. They were mushy and soft, and reminded me of "hot dogs" they served us in our high school cafeteria. The French fries were so greasy, all you could taste was the cooking oil. Very disappointing considering we asked for the celery salt fries specifically for the special flavor. The corn dog was so overcooked it was almost too hard to eat. The sausage dog was also very tough and cold. We had hoped to go back and try some of the other food options, but our food was so bad, I don't believe any of us...
