I usually don't leave bad reviews but this location has several opportunities for improvement. Firstly, I made an order online that was supposed to be available yesterday. I arrived to the store at approximately 6:30 p.m. the following day, which is today and the order is nowhere to be found. Now before I even arrived, I called two times to the store to try to speak to someone in the print shop, because I had not received an email stating that the order was ready. All I have was my order confirmation. I called two times. The first time I called, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The second time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. A gentleman did answer the phone and took down my order number, placed me on hold but never returned. I literally drove over 40 minutes to arrive at the store to find out that they did not have my order. Then I was told that it would take about 10 to 20 minutes. Right now I've been waiting at least 30 minutes, and I still do not have my order. I was thinking that there was only one person in the print and copy center. To my surprise when I arrived at the store, there were three people working in the print and copy center. The issue is, this gentleman who's trying to get my order done, keeps stopping to speak to other customers which is distracting him from printing my order, which I would expect would be a high priority since it should have been ready from yesterday. And when I asked to speak with a store manager, the gentleman says he's in the office and proceeds to go get him. However the guy that came out said he would give me feedback to the "store manager". He didn't even say "I'll be with you shortly" the other person there she helped people who were in line behind me I didn't want to argue but I waited so long for either of them to address me It was quite rude. I understand you guys have a lot of priorities but when I work retail I would never ignore a customer I would at least say something to them and let them know an estimated time till someone could be with them. I think these 2 employees need better training so while I didn't see their names I would like you to know I visited your store at 1619 (419 pm) on August 6th. I was going to place a large order of flyers about $300 worth so I think the store manager should know that they lost business. More than the girl it was quite rude of the guy to sit there and see a line and not even say anything to anybody waiting while he works on an order for a customer who was not there at the moment. The issue is the employees don't realize that their behavior loses the company business. Victor called me up to the counter and asked how can he help me. I told him I would like to print this āshows him a picture on my phoneā. Victor proceeds with an attitude responses well you aināt going get it till tomorrow evening. I looked at him saying okay thatās not a problem then he walks off. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for Victor to assist me further. Which he did not. I said excuse me sir , he stated maāam Iām working with two other people who was here first youāre going to have to wait we are very busy. I just looked at him like excuse me didnāt you call me to the counter. Then after standing another 5 minutes I asked another lady by the name of Kaylee who was working at printing if she can assist me and told her what was going on. Less than 10 minutes of working with Kaylee I was helped, processed , and paid an extra $3 to have my invitations for my sonās birthday completed TODAY after he told me I had to pick up tomorrow. The lack of respect and customer service Victor had was terrible ! He needs more training on how to deal with the public. Also, I called into Staples 1800 number and filed a complaint on him.
