Went to this location and the woman that works here with locs was not inviting at all. She did not speak to us when we came in, and clearly did not want to help us. When we asked to do a trade in she huffed and puffed. Told us a different quote than her coworker that we spoke to the day before, and tried to say a $47.99 controlled just went up and is now as much as a new controller. We left, she was dry and had horrible customer service. It just so happened that the internet stopped working as well. Just excuse after excuse to not do her job. These companies wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing? Because customer service sucks! I walked into this location no one said anything to me....cool! Got my game went to the register. I then watched one employee have a 10 minute conversation with a customer while the other walked by me three times scanning and putting away games. No one tried to upsell me on my game purchase which I was looking to do. I could've just purchased from Amazon! I really hate they closed the Addison Plaza location...I wish I could find where the location those...
