Pinellas County Emergency Management — Local services in Largo

So apparently during and emergency the tax paying citizens of Pinellas county cannot count on emergency assistance. We have a live wire parking and sparking in our neighborhood and when I called 911 was told that emergency services have been suspended. We are not in a mandatory evacuation zone and this is unacceptable! Whomever made this rash incomprehensible decision should be investigated and terminated!
