very unpleasant experience and no customer service from the old woman running the store. it was during normal posted regular business hours at mid-day and she had the door locked anyway and i knocked and she told me to come back later and i pointed to the sign and she said well she wanted to go to lunch early. I argued with her and she relented and let me come in to drop off two watches to get new batteries put in them which she made as disagreeable and unpleasant an experience I can recall. Horrible place. Very pretentious workers. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Went in asking about getting a new vail on my rope chain. The lady was extremely rude. Telling me that there is only two options. When asked to see what they look like she was irritated that I asked. Took my business elsewhere. Just horrible business. Also not much of a selection.
