Is it really that hard to get an online order right!? We ordered online and I went to pick it up. First no one responded when I pulled in through the drive through. So I went up to the window and honked to get someone's attention. About five minutes later someone finally opened the window and acknowledged I was there. I told them I was picking up and they tried to rush me off with only half of the order. Then they told me they didn't have the chips we had ordered. We also ordered bottled drinks. The girl handed me a cup of some type of warm brown liquid. I told her I was still missing a drink, and she handed me a second cup of warm liquid. When I asked if I could get ice I was told they didn't have any...so no chips, no bottled drinks, and no ice...got it. And the worst part about it is this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I got the order back to my destination and was going to put some ice in my fountain liquid, but found something black floating in it. Read moreI work for Doordash. I came here for an order last night around 8:30pm or so It was so dark outside I couldn't even see where to enter the parking lot. All the lights were off. I almost thought it was closed. When I went to drive through the drive thru a little red car was blocking the drive thru parked on the side of the handicapped stall and a big black truck so there wasn't enough room to enter. I proceeded on foot to the drive thru window using my flashlight on my phone. I knocked on the drive thru window really hard several times. Finally one of the employees asked me the name on the order and handed me the sandwich. I asked it it was always this dark at night with no lights on? I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. When I pulled into the drive-through, it took over five minutes just for someone to greet me. After finally placing my order, I was excited to enjoy my sandwich, but when I got back to work, I was met with a big letdown. My sandwich was overloaded with onions and relish—neither of which I ordered. It was so unappetizing that even my coworkers wouldn’t touch it. It breaks my heart to say this, but I had to throw away a whole sandwich. I ended up getting lunch somewhere else..
