I booked my appointment online for Thursday, October 19 at 6:15. I received a confirmation text for my appointment but then received a phone call from the salon asking if I could come earlier. I told them that I would try to get there by 6 o’clock. When I arrived I went to check in and picked a color. After being seated with a young man I instructed that I wanted square shaped and file down only. I asked him if he could add some more hot water because the water was cold. He told me that it was coming but it never came. So once he turned the water off and the pedicure tub water was still cold when he came back I asked him if he could please add some more hot water. I never saw him put anything in the water but I put my feet back in, and I tried to relax. He barely filed my toe nails… I had to ask him several times to please file my to nails down and for them to be straight. He then suggested to use the chippers. I agree but shouldn’t because he chipped some shorter than others. For the price of the gel pedicure, I think it was insane that I received no type of soap, scrub or exfoliate. I paid extra for the callous remover, he put lotion on my legs, then went and got a hot towel that he quickly rubbed and wiped my feet off with at the end I felt like my entire pedicure was very rushed, didn’t scrub my whole heel, massage rushed, the polish job was rushed. Update: i lost two more nails. My set is now aboout two weeks old. Im absolutely furious. I paid so and my set just comes off. I tried to just use glue while i was on vacation but unfortunately it only lasted for so long.
My set was brand new but has not even lasted two weeks. I believe it has been one week and two days. I'm extremely unhappy. My pedicure was not good. The guy did not listen to what I wanted and just did what he wanted, then seemed to have gotten angry when I told him it was not correct. It was a very uncomfortable experience. For their prices, I would have expected much better work. I got my nails done specifically because I was going out of the country. So I went to them, because I saw that they did really nice designs on their site, but my design did not turn out the way that I wanted and I asked multiple times beef, 4 sitting down to make sure that they were able to do the design I wanted. They all reassured me, including the manager, that they could do it. Instead, they just did some hand drawn work.That does not look anything like the image I wanted. Read moreI came here because it is close by- I just moved to Vegas- but I won’t be going back, unfortunately. I had called to see if I even needed an appointment but the lady didn’t answer me, just asked when I wanted to come. I set an appointment for an hour and a half later to give some heads up so I didn’t have to wait when I probably could’ve just walked in a lot sooner. I got there and still waited about 10-15 minutes for a chair to open up. I only wanted a fill on my French ombré nails and the color taken off because I had them painted before. They did not have a pink to match my color for a fill so they filled with a random pink and made me paint them. This was the cheapest route to go, otherwise I would’ve had to pay to have them removed. They didn’t even offer an apology or a discount. I paid 60$ for the incorrect pink fill and pink cat eye paint on top, the lady didn’t even shape them very well. The fill caused an uneven apex across my nails and the cat eye is nothing special, it barely looks like cat eye- it’s just sparkly. They honestly don’t look good and there is debris in my clear coat so they’re not all smooth like they should be. Super disappointed and annoyed.
