Del Taco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Whoever took my order at 6:06pm today at the drive thru was super rude. I wanted to do two seperate orders as I always do since I've been in this area for the past 3 years and was meet with a nasty attitude from a male employee. I had two people in the car with me and they were also appalled at what they were hearing from this person. He was raising his voice at me and had a aggressive tone for no reason and I was told I couldn't do 2 separate orders anymore and this was the last time due to holding up the line etc etc. Mind you there was 2 cars ahead of me and no one was behind me. I waited for my food and paid and this took about 5 to 7 mins and there was no one behind me that whole time so there was no holding up of any lines. I've also never seen these employees before so maybe they are new and flustered whatever the case is how I was treated today was unacceptable and will be looking into who I can speak with on a higher level basis. I was really excited when a del taco become the closest fast food restaurant to my house considering I live on the edge of the city, but this place has gone down hill since it opened a few years ago. I never write review but after being disappointed time after time here I am. First off the management makes you go park in front to wait for your order even if there isn’t a car behind you to make it appear that they are making orders quickly through the drive through, second the fries are always soggy and or/ raw ish in the middle. The food size has dwindled to almost nothing. My Deluxe Chili Cheddar Fries were only about 3/4 of the box. My street tacos were pieces of tortilla layered on top of each other and literally a teaspoon or so of Chicken. It was only a broken up tortilla, instead of the double tortilla they used to give you. This location has missed the mark. They put the broken pieces on top of the Chicken and I had to use a fork to eat it because using two hands was not enough.
