Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Incredible Variety and Excellent for Non-Coffee Drinkers - So many choices for coffee-type drinks, teas, hot chocolates and frozen refreshments. I know there is probably more, but that is what we enjoy. It is more affordable than Starbuck's and also not as bitter tasting coffee (per my husband). My daughter is addicted. It helped her survive her last semester in college. The two of them especially love the Irish Cream coffee - not able to get this flavor at most coffee places in Vegas. My husband is an iced tea aficionado. He enjoys infusing the tea with different flavors at Dutch. He says they enhance the tea rather than overpowering it. I hate coffee nor drink caffeinated beverages, so I've struggled to find drinks that I enjoy. Most places have a small selection of non- coffee choices for you. When they do, it's not delicious because that's not their focus - smoothies, refreshers, etc. I LOVE hot chocolate and have never seen so many choices! My favorite is their Molten Lava - tastes like Mexican hot chocolate. Then I find out I can get them frozen too. OMG! I have really enjoyed Tuxedo because it's white chocolate & dark chocolate together. Can't wait for more locations. Still have 5 stars, even though the wait is pretty long because of the long lines, but not Dutch's fault. They handle the crowd well, which I appreciate. They've become even more popular in my area since the quarantine. The employees have always been friendly and always chat you up in line to make the wait more bearable. Love that their online menu gives details of drinks. Another place downtown didn't have it in their place nor online, so I had to ask what a few were to find out what their specialty name meant. October 2023 Updated Review: The staff is amazing at this location. Unfortunately, the wait is still not. Since it is obvious that the wait issue isn't being addressed by this location's management, they need to open a new location to allow customers to enjoy their product at without having to be stuck in a line that backs up traffic on the street. There is new retail development at 95 and Sky Canyon that would be perfect for a new location.

At this time, since the management is not willing to read reviews of problems and act promptly to correcting them, this will remain a 1 Star location and I will only purchase from them when there is a much shorter wait.

Updated Revew: After being open now for over a year, they still have not figured out their line situation. At times, this is becoming very dangerous because the line is backing up into the slow lane of traffic and is also blocking the view of vehicles trying to leave the parking lot. This, combined with the construction that is happening, makes this parking lot a very dangerous one to get in and out of.

The problem did not exist before Dutch opened this location and should be taken care of by Dutch. They have been proactive in putting a sign person out to not block the taco bell, but this has only made the line back up farther into the street. I am a huge fan of Dutch, but at this location, specifically, they are not being a great community partner. This needs to be addressed as it seems to only be getting worse.

There were three vehicles in front of me. The one directly in front of me was a gray car. The employee was chatting with the gray car and completely ignoring everyone else in line. She is the one that is supposed to take the orders so they are ready at the window. The two cars in front of the gray car already got their drinks and nobody was at the window, meanwhile this employee is still just carrying on with the gray car. All the occupants in the gray car then jump out and run inside the store. THEY WERE EMPLOYEES!!!! These people were making paying customers wait so they could horseplay. When I finally talked to the employee working I asked how can I speak to the manager. She says the assistant manager is working and refused to tell me who the manager or owner was. She then went inside and nobody came out to speak with me. This store is an embarrassment for there company. This is the black eye and step child of Dutch Bros stand.
