I've passed by this restaurant for quite some time and never made a point to try it out - I just kept forgetting about it because whenever I want to try a new Asian restaurant, the Spring Mountain area always comes to mind first. The day (and memory) had arrived and my family and I finally tried this restaurant on 14 Jul 2025. We arrived slightly after typical dinner hours so the restaurant wasn't too busy. When we walked in, I was surprised to see how big this restaurant was. I figured this would be one of those "mostly" to-go order types of restaurants with only 2-3 tables throughout for folks who decide to dine-in. Needless to say, the restaurant's décor was nice and it was also spacious and clean. The customer service was great; we were greeted nicely upon arrival and served with professionalism and respect. Our server (didn't get her name), did a remarkable job that evening; she was very attentive and moved extremely fast. Also, kudos to the older gentleman that was assisting with bringing out our food. We ordered the Goi Cuon (Spring Roll) and Potstickers for our appetizers; and 2x Pho Chin Nam (#24) and Bun Bo Xao (#61) for our main entrées. Everything we ordered tasted good with only a couple minor complaints: (1) the meat in the Pho Chin Nam (Lean Brisket and Flank) wasn't as good of a quality as I had experienced at other Vietnamese restaurants in this city...although, it's not dissatisfying by any means; and (2) the peanut sauce that accompanied the Spring Rolls had great flavor, but the consistency was a little thinner than I am used to. Perhaps this is the actual way it's supposed to be served? Regardless, I've had this sauce with a thicker consistency in the past so I presumed that it's supposed to be prepared that way since it seemed to be a trend for me. The Bun Bo Zao had remarkable flavor and tasted very fresh; this entrée is definitely one of those post workout meals that will satisfy anyone's soul. The Pho broth had a robust flavor and paired well with the ingredients that were offered. Also, the Potstickers were shockingly outstanding because I normally have to go to a Korean and Japanese restaurant to get good potstickers (mandu/gyoza). The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was adequate; I paid $77 without tip for the aforementioned items above. Overall, I liked my first experience here as depicted in my 4-star rating. Of noteworthy mention, my family's rating of this place was 5 stars (they loved it), but hey, this is my review; not theirs. I never experienced any major (negative) things while dining here which is always appreciative. I'm sure we'll be back in the near future considering the experience we had and close proximity to our house. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had lunch here with some friends. I had lean brisket and beef ball pho and spring rolls. The spring rolls were delicious and fresh. The peanut sauce was also very good, one of the best that I have had. The pho was just ok. The brisket wasn’t seasoned at all. The beef ball was and it was very tasty. They have sauces to add to your meal as well. I don’t eat spicy so I added I believe it may have been some type of soy sauce it had a slight sweetness to it, but it wasn’t overly sweet. That helped the dish a lot. I would go back to visit again but I would get pho with beef balls only for the meat because it’s seasoned. The server was friendly. You pay at the register when you are done. They didn’t tell us that we figured it out on our own. So I think they should post a few signs that day that so you know. We waited around probably 15 minutes waiting to receive a check. The restaurant was very cleaned.

Superb! Had dinner here tonight. The atmosphere was very friendly, TV playing, but no sound, so it's relatively quiet other than the expected diner chatter. The service was great, so kind and quick! On to the food, the shrimp fried was a little plain, for me, but added some Sriracha sauce and it was delicious! Also mixed in a little of their teriyaki sauce (I think that's what it was), for a little extra flavor. My partner had the #13 pho and absolutely loved it, he ate the entire dish! I also highly recommend the #113 drink, fresh squeezed lime juice with club soda, it wassssss so BOMB!

I have been a customer with them for a few years and I usually order only the pho and pork chop from them. Tonight I ordered the pho as a carryout and as I started to eat it and I saw a piece of hair in the noodle. I called and told them about it but I told them that they can change it to the pork chop, the reason because I didn't feel to boil the broth again when I get home with the 2nd one which I normally do to heat it up, so changing it to pork chop was actually easier & quicker for me as I still need to work before bed. Thinking to eat pho again on the same night probably traumatic thinking that the 1st one had hair in it. I even took the pho and the hair back to show them. The lady owner told me that “if you like pork chop next time, then you should stick with pork chop”. In other word, she was accusing me that I wanted to exchange the pho to a pork chop & purposely put a hair in the pho to create an excuse for the exchange. I am never that type of person in my life. I didn’t order the pork chop at first tonight because I just had pork chop from them yesterday and pho was what I felt for tonight. I was really surprised when she said such offensive words to me and it took me a few mins to think what she actually meant. That was not my hair at all, it was much shorter than mine and very thin, my hair is thicker and very long and I don’t live with another woman in my house. And they were not very apologetic. I gave them a chance to fix the problem and took my time to drive back there, in return, they denied that there was a piece of hair in the pho and accused me that I did it. That was offensive enough and I will never go back to this place again. And even a lot of time the pork chop I got from them are 2 tiny thin sad pieces more like an appetizer portion and they charge almost $18 for the meal and it's not even steak. I never left a google review to any business before and this is my first time. I feel that I need to do it this time because it was offensive enough and the customer service was just absolutely terrible!!!! I have my own business for many years, I don't believe I have ever offended my own customers like the way she did. This is totally a bad business. Please don't go...

I've ordered from here several times just because I felt like having a pho and this place happens to be the closest.

It's not mind blowing food by any means. It's alright.

However the reason why One star today - they like to screw people over with the pricing over the phone. They wouldn't hand out print out menus, change around their prices as they please without any disclosure, there's no official menu from them anywhere online either. So you're playing dice if you're ordering over the phone. Today I ordered a pho and bbq dish which stated in the online posted screenshot of their menu (uploaded by one of the customers by the way, NOT by the owner) and prices were so off, I was just speechless. Pho was instead of $12 - suddenly $16, the bbq dish instead of $14 they charged me $25 for a meal for one person (!). Food was picked up within 5 min of ordering over the phone and it was literally COLD. I'm not happy, obviously, and no I wouldn't return. Especially after the very strange exchange with the girl/server who took the order and 'forgot' I also paid for the tea which when I reminded her of, rolled her eyes at me and went back to grab it, slamming it on the counter in front of me.

It was just surreal the whole experience. Also, this attitude here at this location wasn't the first time it happened, the man who works there did the same with my previous order, just very poor attitude during the whole transaction. Rude. Cold food. Zero transparency about pricing. Nope, wouldn't recommend....
