It's unfortunate, but I just can't justify anything higher than 1 star. I ordered food for my family after 7 pm with an estimated delivery of 8:02 pm. Around 8:10 p.m. I began looking outside and trying to find the food I looked on the app and it said that it was still out for delivery I called the phone number and said it was still out for delivery so I didn't panic. However at about 8:30 I went back and looked again and realized that it says that it has been delivered I called spoke to an associate at the Pizza Hut and they informed me that the delivery driver still had my order and then it should be delivered soon. I looked back on the app, and it said that it was out for delivery it no longer said that it was delivered to its house like, okay, maybe I miss-saw something, and was confused. So at 8:40 something I again call and it says that my food has been delivered I waited on the line to talk to a manager at which time I was informed that their delivery driver would be at my house in about 3 mins and the manager called the driver to confirm. We again waited almost 10 mins but never saw a driver. I called again and was informed that the driver had just returned and confirmed that my order had in fact been delivered however I had already told them and called multiple times to let them know that I had not received my order. I spoke with the manager Clayton and he informed me that we would either be able to do a replacement order or I would get a refund I did choose to do the replacement order at which time he told me that it would be approximately 20 to 30 minutes for me to get my order which would lead us to approximately 9:20 9:30 p.m. the delivery driver was instructed to call, and thankfully, she did call to confirm instead of just leaving the food. It confirmed that she did, in fact, deliver the food to the wrong address the first time. She had to call me back to use her GPS and, after a few minutes, drove to the correct location to drop off my food. However once she dropped off the food I realized that I was only receiving half of the original order that I had so I waited this entire time to not even get the food that was promised to me by the manager. Specifically missing 1 med pizza and Cinnabon dessert. The driver seemed genuinely confused when I asked about the rest of my order.. I told her I was going to call, but honestly, I'm just done. The only reason I can give service two stars is because I do feel like the manager was making an effort to correct the situation however I don't know if the manager just doesn't have the resources available to them to correct situations like this but to have it handled like this is just...
   Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered here on Halloween night. This was the worst experience Iâve had with Pizza Hut in my entire life! We placed our order at 6 oâclock and did not receive it until 8!! No one ever bothered to reach out to us and let us know that the wait time was going to be longer. After the driver finally arrived, there was a pizza missing. He then proceeded to call the store to let them know. After that, he said they would remake it and redeliver (but he couldnât give us a time for the delivery) But after waiting for 2 hours, we decided to just go to the store ourselves and pick it up. This was our first time ordering from here, so when we discovered that the store was only 5 minutes down the road, it was even more frustrating. When we arrived at the store, we walked into a nightmare. The cashier was clearly very stressed/agitated/overwhelmed. We could see clear as day that the cook was literally throwing pizza pans directly onto the floor. Which is a huge health hazard, and if she is comfortable doing that in front of a room of customers, I can only imagine what they do in areas the customers cannot see. There was a lot of yelling and back and forth between the employees. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The cashier did give me a $15 credit, however we spent $40 on this order. Only to have to wait 2 hours and not receive our whole order. Plus the food we did receive wasnât that good....

How about letting them work out the kinks before you slap a one star review and tarnishing this franchises reputation. I'm sure this owner and GM was really excited to open this location and create work for the locals around Providence, and you just went ahead and spewed your over privledged opinion because parking wasn't easy and you had to wait 5 minutes for a new employee to figure out the register. You've probably never had to work in a restaurant or customer service position before, but I recommend you try it before you leave your next review. Also, food is average? It's Pizza Hut my guy... What were you expecting when you ordered? It tastes exactly how Pizza Hut should taste.
