I had a very weird experience yesterday. I placed a mobile order and came thru the drive thru. When I pulled up the boy handed me my drink and just was laughing at me, not sure why if it was my appearance I’m grieving the loss of my father currently. Then he opened the window to have another young kid also laugh in my face. Then they kept trying to slam the window purposefully to try and scare me or get a reaction I didn’t give in. Just ignored it as they continued to laugh in my face. They both looked higher then a kite, I didn’t say anything wondering if they were trying to make a tik tok or whatever that was. A young Hispanic boy and a young white boy maybe 16 years of age (one had braces) I have a 17 year old so my guess would be that age. I would’ve just left but as it was placed thru the app it was already paid for. Then they had another young man eventually hand me my food. I’ve never had an issue at this location until now. Usually everyone is kind there very disappointing I’m still wondering what was so funny. As a reminder you never know what anyone else is going thru in life, it’s very unkind to treat people this way when frequenting your establishment. Very sad moment for me indeed. I will be trying to find out who the General Manager is here because that wasn’t okay.. it was about 2:20 pm. It’s obviously still bothering me as I just don’t understand why they decided to laugh at me like I was some freak show when I looked normal. No idea what all that was about. Please do better and train your staff better. Thankfully there is one on Skye Canyon because I would never return to this location and chance being laughed at in my face by literal children. I’m an adult tho so I can hold my composure and not make a huge deal but just thinking about this still I’m extremely bothered by this behavior. It felt pointless to ask for a manager yesterday as I just felt like I had all these teenagers coming to laugh at me in my face that there must not of been a store manager in the building because I’m sure they would’ve noticed them continuously trying to slam the window to get a reaction out of me it wasn’t quiet in the slightest. The location had nobody else there I’m genuinely curious why I was treated with such disrespect when I’m nothing but kind to others. I’m a person not some kind of object to taunt and laugh at. Truly disappointed and hurt that this is what we have to deal with in life.
The situation gets worse. Just was called by the supposed General Manager she said her name was Dee she told me it didn’t happen they’re nice boys… I’m absolutely flabbergasted, kept interrupting me and I’m insulted to have her like interrogating me as if I did something wrong. Will be following up with the corporate office now. This is not okay. This did indeed happen the exact way as described I wish I wasn’t degraded and berated by children yesterday. Worst customer...

I go inside and it takes 10 minutes of the employees staring at me to finally come up and ask me what I needed and I asked for my food and he walks away. I wait for another 5 minutes and decide to go to the drive through again. I asked for my food after another 5 minutes of waiting and waited once again another 5 MINUTES before the kid working drive through said we don’t have your food and that he is new and doesn’t know what to do for me. I calmly asked him to just have them make our food so we can go, kid said “I can but I don’t know”. Went inside again and asked for a manager and explained everything that happened and finally got my food and new drinks after they double checked everything was in there. Got to my car double checked it myself just to find out more food was missing and had to go in again and ask for the remaining food. Read moreJanuary llth 2022...Between 8 and 8:30pm I went through the drive-through and they forgot something in my order. I didn't discover this until i made it home. I called the location and explained my situation and and whoever answered the phone was very respectful and helpful. The gentleman asked my name and offered to give me a full replacement order. I wasn't able to go back last night but I went to the drive through between 10:30 and 10:45am this morning. I went through the drive-through and the lady asked if the guy from last night took my name and I said yes and told her who I was. She offered me 3 Soft tacos for free for my troubles. So of course I thanked her and ordered more but what she Offered me she , made me pay for it, and never replaced any of the items that I didn't receive. Plus she asked for both receipts..
