Today I had the most horrible customer service experience in my life. I have never read nor have I ever left a bad review but today was by far the worst experience. I went into Bead Heaven looking for beads and I asked the lady âwhat colors do you have in 3mm opal bicones?â she became very agitated and answered me in a rude manner âwhat color are you looking forâ I told her I wasnât looking for a specific color and that is when she yelled at me â HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT COLOR YOU WANT? AM I SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE FOR YOU?â I am fareley new in the beading community but her response was uncalled for. that is when I took a step back and calmly told her âthank youâ and began to walk away when the older gentleman asked â what are you beading todayâ I said nothing that a usually order online and was browsing and looking around to see what would be a better option thatâs when he rudely said âI donât appreciate you coming in here taking pictures and writing down pricesâ which is not what I was doing. So asked him â What is wrong today? First her, she answered in a rude manner making me feel like I am ignorant â which he then replied âwell she is just doing her jobâ thats when the lady began to walk towards me saying âyouâre not ignorantâ in a âsweetlyâ manner which I then responded â I know Iâm not ignorantâ and that is when the man became ballistic and he walked towards where all the Swarovski beads were at and began to yell â HERE THEY ARE FOR YOU TO LOOK AT FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT! WE CLOSE AT 6â and it was completely uncalled for. After that I decided to leave the store, but not before I answered him â I donât appreciate being treated like this, I think I know what I am talking about since I have been a server for a long time and I know how to treat customers in a kind mannerâ after that I told them they need to put a sign on the wall saying to not come here if you know nothing about beads or you will be treated like an ignorant. Bottom line these two are the worst people I have encountered they are the couple from hell they have no customer service...
Read moreWhat an unfortunate and embarrassing experience!!! I had been wanting to come to this store for over a year. I am partially blind so driving is limited. The store is beautiful and overwhelming. I dashed to the counter for help and to ensure I came to get what I was looking for and then shop. I was waiting in line. I didn't see the customer standing behind a fixture. I proceeded to ask my question, only to be embarrassed by the lady cashier/owner (?) She looked at me, didn't even address me, turned around and asked the guest next to me if she had any questions. Complete disregard and embarrassment. Had she said, "sorry, there is another guest", I would have completely understood. She came to ask me if I had a question after. I let her know how rude she was. She tried to offer an apology, which felt more like a slap in the face. She acted as if I even had the audacity to voice my concerns.
Needless to say, I walked out the store completely embarrassed and disappointed. I regret not having given those beautiful beads and stones a peruse before running out. But, if that was indeed the shop owner, like I informed her, I would not support the business.
ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTIONâŠ..the best find in Las Vegas! BEAD HAVEN is better than gambling! Just recently returned from a week in Vegas where my husband attended the Shot Show. I searched for bead shops and went around to the various stores to find the MECA of shops! Kim. Milton and Carey were extremely receptive went I entered the store. They made me feel at home and were willing and able to assist me with my new found passion. I had signed up on-line for a class and came in the day before to pick out my beads for the bracelet project. Even though I had never done the RAW technique they provided me the encouragement and a little u-tube homework. I took a class for the next two days and finished a gorgeous bracelet each day! They are so passionate for their beautiful jewelry it was a pleasure to work with professionals. Not only were they patient educators, but the enthusiastic cheerleading helped immensely. I was also greeted and encouraged by the locals that frequent the shop, I felt right at home. They are looking forward to my return next JanuaryâŠâŠ..hopefully before then. I actually hated to leave. The shop is filled with beads so diverse, plentiful, expertly curated and they explain everything to the fullest. They donât want you just to go home with a bag of beads! This store is truly a treasure, including the staff and local patrons. Thanks for a great experience and look forward to seeing you...
