Balanced Bean Coffee Co — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Slow, but very friendly service at times due to primarily owner/operator staffer, and a bit pricey, but very friendly abd an amazing variety of drinks, snacks, and various fresh sandwiches and foods cooked on-premises. Seating and wi-fi. Excellent coffee, though coffee drink selection is very limited. I’ll always buy a beverage when I’m there to visit the doctor.

Just returned last week, the croissant wasn’t the greatest, but pretty good and certainly hit the spot. To be fair, it’s hard to stick them in a small shop at the quality of Starbucks or a patisserie. Service was so nice as always.

We chose to grab a coffee and croissant/ bagel in my assistants case- THERE vs Starbucks ( and I do live goid croissants), in order to support a small biz that makes visiting the dr do much more pleasant- esp when he kept me waiting sn hour sbd rushed me.

I stopped by this location after a doctor’s appointment next door, hoping to grab a quick snack and coffee. Before doing so, I asked the older woman at the counter for the restroom code. Her response was rude and unwelcoming—she told me, in a harsh and dismissive tone, that I needed to “go ask a doctor” for the code. She then went right back to gossiping with her coworker and looking at something on their phones, completely ignoring me.

The attitude was unprofessional and uninviting. It made me feel like I was a bother rather than a potential customer. I chose to take my business elsewhere, and I won’t be returning. A little courtesy and customer service go a long way—especially from front-facing staff. They seriously need...

I bought a Greek salad 2 weeks ago and it was good so I decided 2 buy 2 this time and there was a teenager there that took my order, she asked me if it was ok that she disnt have tomatoes and it was ok with me but I got home and both my salads had NO olives which EVERYONE knows it makes the salad "Its like having no protein on you chef salad!"
