⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Experience Worth Every Mile – THANK YOU JAMES & CHARLIE!
Let me just say this loud and clear: Road Runner Las Vegas isn’t just a transportation company – it’s an experience. And that experience was MADE by the absolute dream team: James and Charlie.
From the moment I reached out, the level of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency that James brought to the table was unmatched. He wasn’t just helpful – he was immaculate. Every question I had, every minor detail I wanted to confirm, James was already three steps ahead. You could feel that this wasn’t just a job to him – he genuinely cared about making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. And spoiler alert: he delivered.
Then comes Charlie – the GOAT behind the wheel. Not only was he punctual and incredibly polite, but his energy was infectious. He made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and hyped at the same time. You ever get in a ride and instantly vibe with the person? That’s Charlie. He knew the city like the back of his hand, kept the party going without missing a beat, and somehow managed to balance professionalism with personality flawlessly. Legendary.
Whether you’re a local or a visitor, booking Road Runner is non-negotiable. I’ve used a LOT of services in Vegas, but this one? Unmatched. There’s a difference between just getting from point A to B and being treated like VIP royalty the entire time. James and Charlie make that difference.
So if you’re looking for the best of the best – the kind of service that makes you want to leave a 10-star review even though the limit is 5 – look no further. James and Charlie, y’all are absolute rockstars. THANK YOU for going above and beyond and making our experience one for the books.

Read moreWe came here on a Sunday, 10/18 during the Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs game. Debbie was our waitress and food was good! One of the guys in the room won a bet and paid for our second pitcher of beer - lucky us! The energy was great and the customer service was lovely. Being a frequent Bar patron myself, I appreciate experiences with good interactions.
Carne Asada Pizza - This is their secrete weapon! Man, this pizza was so delicious! I was craving it the next few days. It's cheesy and the carne asada is a perfect blend - neither one overpowering the other. I could eat this again and again! And will most likely come back just for that!
Cajun Chicken Pasta - I didn't read the ingredients on the menu. When I think of pasta my mind automatically goes to alfredo pasta, so I was surprised when it was served. This is more of a chicken stir fry and should be renamed as such. It was yummy and the dish has a kick. But not my preference for "pasta."
Mushroom & Swiss Burger - We were told this was a popular dish but it wasn't amazing. The cheese could be cheesier and the patty could use seasoning. However, the fries were bomb!
Pitcher of Big Wave - Splendid and refreshing!
Sliders - This was alright. I don't remember which slider we got, but it was as mediocre as the Mushroom & Swiss Burger.
Mac N Cheese - It needed flavor. We had to put salt on it for more taste. We love mac n cheese but this wasn't what I expected.
At the end of the day, the Carne Asada Pizza, fries and Big Wave were the winners! Plus, the...
Read moreFirst, this place has an identity crisis. definitely western themed, with coyotes, wolves, cowboys and horses as art work. Furnishings and decor rustic but music is Steve Miller, Van Morrison, Beatles the background music. We were there at 4:45 p.m. and there were 3 other people there. When we left at 5:45 there were 5 people there. The server,Sarah, was wonderful. A lovely, pleasant young lady. The food: not so lovely. The salad was a basic iceberg with toooooooo many fake fried onions. It lacked personality. My grilled turkey sandwich was okay.... the turkey tasted a little old...not bad just not fresh. My bread was really deliciously buttery and crunchy on ends but the entire middle was so, so soggy. There was little flavor, even with the jack cheese it was bland. The fries were obviously frozen that were fried just before crisp.I ate it because I had not eaten all day and nothing else appealed to me. I left half the sandwich and all the fries. I ate a quarter of the salad. Sorry Roadrunner but I will not return nor will I recommend you to anyone I plan events for. Suggestion: decide if you are western or newer age. I'd go with BBQ and really good fat ass burgers, slow cooked beans...
