The receptionist and the eye doctor were super friendly. The doctor was able to tell me what was causing my eye pain and was detailed with explanation. The reason why I'm not giving a 5 star is because i had an appointment that I had scheduled over a month ago and when i got there i was called after a walk in. I waited for 2 hours. I completely understand that I went during a busy time but I had an appointment which should be taken as priority. I was pretty upset. The only reason im still giving a good score however is because the receptionist made sure I was seen asap as soon as she found out I hadnt been seen. She was super friendly and showed empathy when I expressed frustration. She did a great job de-escalating the situation and keeping my business. I will be going back since she was amazing at helping me and understanding and also because this is the first time I get an explanation as to why my eye constantly waters and hurts. No other eye doctor had provided me with explanation. The receptionist with black curly hair deserves a promotion or raise! If you get to read this Thank you! Read moreGreat doctor, however the front stuff made me feel like I took CONTACTS that were missing from my 6 months box right eye. First I called them literally 10 minutes after picking up to let them know my right eye box was missing 2 of them and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I had already been waiting for three weeks (BECUASE obviously someone made a mistake people pack this things ? I'mnot sure not do I care I just needed my complete 6 months but people are not perfect I get it. but it wasn't ME ) whoever answered when I called she went ahead and explained on how long she worked there and this has never happened nor is even possible and how three people check before they even give to me or idk... I work costumer service and even if is NOT YOUR MISTAKE you represent a business so first thing you do is apologize on behalf of the company and then how we can resolve it. I WAS NOT RUDE ONCE to get that kind of attitude but this office def needs costumer service training. But the greeter finally approached after she was finished speaking with another customer and was really nice and offered me hand sanitizer. The girls at the desk were mediocre. I wasn’t impressed. I could tell they didn’t care whether or not I was there. I could tell they didn’t care whether or not they were there as well. Helen however, addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough. She reassured me that everything was perfectly fine and that I was very healthy. She assured me that what I was dealing with was a normal thing. She made me feel less worried and calm. I had no questions about what was going on before I left. She explained everything very clearly....
