Panda Express — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Never Have i ever written a complaint towards any business. 09/06/22 at 1:23pm I was attended by a cashier named Fatima V. , overweight Female with glasses. After paying for my food and having the bag handed I asked if i could get hot sauce, she rolled her eyes and hand gestured like if i was stupid replying with “next time before i give you the bag as me for the sauces” for 1 how would I know? And i was kind about it, i replied back with “ You didn't offer any sauces and theres no need to be rude.” With shock i looked behind me and the customer behind me also was shocked and nodded her head. First time i was ever treated like this by a employee at Panda Express, someone like that shouldn’t ruin the good reputation this...

If I have a choice I will not even put 1 star...lunch time and they have nothing on the menu but orange chicken and beef and broccoli..like seriously ..no one will have that much time for them to finish cooking because people were just on lunch break.. but it's fine ..I had to get a beef and broccoli with fried rice. Omg! The fried rice is so bad..sour taste and wet. It's old . It been sitting there for awhile I guess. So I had to throw my 10 dollar meal away because the beef and broccoli was mixed up with the fried rice..disgusting..they should watch for what they are selling specially its food they can...

The server was rude and there was a wire in my brown rice! I was treated coldly and without care and concern for the issue! Even the manager admitted the wire was part of there cleaning utensil 🤮🤢☹🙁 NOT COOL 😒 they only refund 🙄 and the same server which was a manager or assistant manager was still rude to me grabbing my bank card then returning to me saying I am giving u cash instead of putting back on my card!
