Shoe Dept. Encore — Local services in Las Vegas

used to work here. only problems that ever occurred were customer caused because they chose to ignore store policies. anything that goes on clearance is final sale and you're told upon purchase that they are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. if the store is a mess, it is because customers leave shoes and boxes laying around and expect the employees to do it for them (it is not their job). the employees are there to assist you, not clean up after you as though you are a toddler waiting for your mother to do it. all shoes are reasonably priced and, with the exception of, maybe Payless, you won't find the name brand shoes they carry anywhere for less. if you think they're too expensive, stick to Walmart for your shoe buying. and also, customers don't just get ignored for no reason. the employees have a job to do and if they're already helping someone, be patient and be an adult about it instead of thinking you're entitled to their time. there are no more than 8 employees in that store at any given time and they all have things to do that do not include babysitting you while you shoe shop. unless you look suspicious, they're not going to stand around and wait for you to make your decision or take demands from you because you cant find what you want. id gladly...

No customer service skills at all. 3 young ladies working. No greeting, I was walked past 3 times by the same 2 young ladies. No one asked if I needed help. I heard one girl in the distance ask someone once when it was 4 customers in the store. One maybe 2 were in before me. The girl who checked me out didn't say, hello ma'am I can help you over here. Iwas in line behind a gentleman getting rung up already. She yells out to me " ma'am, cash or card?!" I said, well hello first off.They all need to be retrained on their customers service skills. Always greet if nothing else. She made it seem as if she was impatient and bothered. I don't like patronizing...

The only reason why I gaved a star was the cashier he gaved a good attitude. The lady that was right next to him I don't know her name. She cursed while she was on the clock and the lil worker that made a scene when my mom left a lil of paper to go shopping for her bday. Bcux we had no options but to leave a mess since no one not out of 4 employees that were their once camed to help her the only thing one of them did was approached her to ask if she was paying cash or card. Im a positive reviewer i dont like giving negative reviews but this store was very bulgar. Just letting ya know since ya wanna act ratchet the ratchet gonna come...
