I recently visited your location inside the Meadows Mall food court. While my companion and I enjoyed the food itself, I left feeling disappointed with the customer service experience.
When I approached the counter, I asked a question about a salmon roll pictured on your menu board, specifically whether it was crispy on the outside. The attendant replied, “I don’t know,” without attempting to find out, which left me feeling brushed off. The woman behind him, who I believe may have been the owner, did answer my question with sort of a snickered attitude, and her delivery came across as though I was unknowledgeable and that I should not have asked a question. This interaction created an uncomfortable tone before we had even placed our order.
We still decided to purchase our meal, two dinner items and a side, which came to about $40. While we were satisfied with the food, the lack of attentiveness and courtesy from the staff left a negative impression.
I’m sharing this in the hope that it will be taken constructively. Clear product knowledge and warm, welcoming service can make all the difference in the customer experience. I encourage you to consider additional training for both staff and management so that guests feel valued and informed when dining with you. Read moreThey made an incorrect dish which was realized after they gave to me. My kids already ate off the plate and they asked for it back in order to give me the correct plate of what I ordered. I told them my kids alreasy ate from that plate and if they are just going to throw it away, I will take it home for my dog. Very rudely said just put the shi up here in order to get my corrected order. I figured they just wanted to trash it so we dont get extra food but I sat back and watch from a distance and they gave that plate to the girl who stands out front to give people samples.
