I had the absolute pleasure of working with a brilliant, kind young woman by the name of Alisa Nguyen. I come from a world of customer service so I understand very well when you have a client who expects the world from you but this wonderful woman did not disappoint in anyway. She took care of me from start to finish and made the process so easy. I felt like I was working with a friend. She embodies the sentiment “treat others how you would like to be treated,” she checked in on me, checked with me, never made me feel out of place, and believe me I had no idea what I was doing... but she has this calm even though I knew she was so busy. The receptionist made me aware she was working on a number of other jobs, yet this woman got on the phone with me, she took time out of her work to ensure I was listened to... she had no idea I was even going to be a client and she treated me like a friend called her and had something important to tell her. And she kept her word to me, every timeline she did not miss, I expected the world and this amazing woman delivered. My service experience was 100% and I will never ever use another company as long as this woman is employed there. I can not tell you how she executed for me on every level. I just am grateful she is there and she made me feel customer service still truly exists in the world. Please ask for her and use this wonderful company if you need any printing...

I am so impressed with Prisma Printing! (especially Cinthia) I used this company to place a large order for a trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and all of my expectations were met. They delivered the boxes to my hotel, everything was as-quoted, and the quality is what I wanted.

I had the same order quoted by another printer in the area for nearly twice the cost. I'm familiar with the industry since I come from a family background of printing and trade binding, and it was such a relief to find someone who provided what I needed at a reasonable price.

I can't give this print service enough praise for the prompt service and quality of prints that our memorial service required in short time. I chose Prisma because they were fairly close to my home, and offered a great deal on flyer/brochure prints with an excellent turn-around timeframe.
