Had lunch yesterday w a business colleague. I saw 2 male waiters, both avoided eye contact nor did either offer us water nor check after 20 minutes after ordering. The oder was $54 for shrimp fried rice, garlic chicken wings, and garlic green beans and green tea pot. I'm from San Francisco. The rice was flavorless, some peas and rice was very stail. The green beans were good. The chicken had very little flavor. I noticed the single man next to me walked over to pay for his order after waiting a while. He came in after me but was served before me. He was Asian. The manager seated and greeted him fast. There were only 5 tables and 2 per table or less. Waiters were slow but not busy assisting customers. Just walking past not looking to help. I asked to speak to the manager after the meal. I told him I would write a review and addressed my issues. He smerked then discussed what I said in his language w his workers. I told him I had been coming there for years. My throat was itching and I had lots of mucus last night. That was my last meal and I was up late w an upset stomach. I do not recommend this place. There is usually a young tall Asian young lady there in the evening who I always. I previously never had an issue and have been a client...

Terrible customer service. Ordered Chicken with Mushroom in a Clay pot. Got chicken, about 3 pieces of mushroom, and dried pork sausage. If I knew there was pork in the dish, I would never order it. I asked why was pork sausage not listed on the menu, the owner said, just order something else. I ordered cashew chicken, they just sprinkled dry cashews on some chicken with vegetables. The owner took the menu from me after i was finished ordering, and slammed it down on another table nearby. I was there with three friends with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The waitress said she ran their cards as debit and it did not work, wouldn't she need a pin number. Then she came back and said she ran it as credit and it didn't work. She ran cards for 3 people with disabilities. Then the owner came with an attitude. I did not know he was the owner before, so I asked to speak to the manager, He said he was the owner. I said well I didn't like the way he was behaving with us. He said He didn't care. I told him he had a nasty attitude, He said I was nasty. He then said leave and...

Chicken was cooked perfectly and flavorful.

Paid a dollar for a side of steamed rice since it doesn’t come with the entree, but the rice wasn’t necessary with the large portion of protein that was big enough to share with another person and still have leftovers.

Crab rangoon wasn’t greasy and had a bright hint of citrus.

Atmosphere was calm. Place was clean. Worker was attentive and kind. Only downside was that the water had an odd flavor, but five stars for everything else.

Edit: ONE STAR. Visited during the lunch special timeframe, and all the entrees seem to be sandbagged—meaning it’s all cooked ahead of time for a presumed rush hour that never hits.

Everything is just reheated when an order is placed.

Everything was chewy and dry.

Not made to order.

Not returning again, and don’t recommend the place to anyone.

When the owner was informed, he pretended like the food is always the same, even when advised that the protein was tender and cooked perfectly on another visit. Not worth the time for money. Plenty of other good...

Came in for lunch and got the Family Meal A and got a choice of two entrées and a choice between bbq pork fried rice or chicken fried rice, we got sesame chicken and sweet and sour pork and the chicken fried rice. Was expecting the sweet and sour pork to be a little hard and crispy but was saucy and delicious! The chicken fried rice was so good and enhanced the flavor for both of our entrée choices. The staff was polite and attentive to our table during our meal. Before we asked for an item, they were there asking if we needed anything. The price of the food was amazing, for the family meal and drinks. we paid just over $50 and had leftovers for the road to snack on. I would have taken more pictures but once the food arrived, taking pics was the last thing on all of our minds. An impressive place with a lot of charm, great food, huge portions, and a must try next time you're craving some simple and mouth-watering Chinese food.

Delicious Chinese food. If you spend over twenty five dollars they offer you a free milk tea or a free Thai tea with tapioca. The portions are extremely generous and they offered complimentary white rice. The staff was very nice and attentive and would refill our drinks without having to ask. Also a HUGE plus for us was that they did not bring you the check until we asked for it so we didn't feel rushed at all. We arrived after lunch time but next time we will go for lunch which runs from eleven in the morning to three in the afternoon as they have really good options for even more of a bargain. I recommend. I didn't take a picture of the platers only of my plate but we ordered cream cheese wontons, shrimp dumplings, beef and broccoli, shrimp chowmein and orange chicken.
