WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY NOYPITZ LOCATIONS! Please continue reading to find out why.
I reconsidered writing this review and was going to let it go, but I just canât keep it in and let this happen to anyone else after what they put my mom through. I will make sure to tell every single person I know to never go to Noypitz unless they want rude customer service, mediocre Filipino food, or harassment from the managers for their own mistakes and complete inconvenience. This applies to ALL Noypitz locations as their district manager Larry manages all locations.
It was my momâs birthday and she had her 5 sisters visiting from out of town so she decided to celebrate at Noypitz - Town Square. First off, she made a reservation for 20 but when we got there, our tables were separated. My sister, our husbands and myself were seated on a different table completely away from our family. Whatâs the point of a reservation if you canât accommodate us in one table or even near each other? Or at least let us know a head of time that we would be totally separated?
Next, the server was SO rude. They were bringing out food and he didnât know which table to serve to and was getting mad at us for not knowing which table. Isnât it your job to know what table ordered food? Not to mention because we were in a separate table, our check ended up being separate as well. Common sense, that alone tells you what table ordered what. He also brought out a dish that none of us ordered and he continually made sarcastic and rude comments due to his own ignorance. I wish I got his name because he should not be in the restaurant industry or any customer service job. But he was bald with facial hair, if that helps. He even poured my auntie water and sarcastically said, âTHANK YOU!â Blatantly disrespectful.
Lastly, my sister, husbands and I paid our bill because we were in a separate table. But when my mom and her sisters kept asking for their bill, they were told numerous times it was paid for. Every single person witnessed this. My mom and her sisters repeatedly asked who paid for it and their manager kept saying âwe donât know, but itâs paid forâ and reassured everything was fine and taken cared of. Turns out, my mom and her sisters were rightâŚ. It was NOT paid for. A mistake made by the RESTAURANT STAFF. Not my mom. A day later they were receiving calls and texts, and for one week being harassed by the manager and district manager insisting to pay the bill after a mistake THEY MADE. Ridiculous right?! A night of what was supposed to be a celebration turned into complete inconvenience.
Because my mom is truly an honest person with a good heart, she went out of her way to go back to this unorganized restaurant just to pay for the bill a week later. Instead of letting the bill go, taking the loss and correcting all the mistakes that were made that night, again due to their ignorance and disorganization, the district manager insisted my mom come back to pay the bill. He even said, âplease donât come when itâs inconvenient for you, you can come to pay the bill when itâs convenient.â Not sure why he would even say that, as if it is ever convenient to come back. Oh, but they took off the 20% gratuity to make up for the entire ordeal. HAHAHA what a joke, as if that even fixed anything đ Definitely not the way a business/restaurant should run if they want customers back.
I really just cannot emphasize enough how incompetent their staff and management is. They should be SO embarrassed of themselves. We are locals but will NEVER support this business nor will we...
Read moreFirst time at this location since I primarily have visited the one at Town Square. The atmosphere is a bit different at this location.
They have a bar, a stage, and a dance floor. They host live bands and events which is pretty cool.
The food was good but the price to portion ratio is too high in my opinion. Most of their plates fall between the $20-30 range, even the appetizers. The portion of these plates are fairly small and they donât include typical sides such as rice which is an additional cost per scoop.
The staff were friendly and always coming in to check on us.
As far as the atmosphere, it was very bright. The table set up felt more like a food hall but I guess its to be expected for a bar and grill. Coming from the Town Square location, it was a much different.
It was worth trying for sure but unless they adjust their prices or portions, I donât see myself coming back. There are other Filipino places the valley that offer just as good food for better price to...
Read moreI will definitely recommend this place. Itâs our first time here in this location and first I love the parking itâs free yehey, Big parking area. Location is not that bad only 10 minutes from the strip. Service is very good, staff are so nice and friendly specially the manager Roselyn, shout out to you girl you did great, you are amazing. She really is very hands on with the guest. She recommended the platter to us which is good for 6 people and we are a party of 4 but the platter is really huge and we didnât even finish it. The platter consist of Pancit, Crispy Pata, Fried chicken, Lumpia, Shrimp and Squid, and itâs so good. We also order the Sizzling Tofu and itâs a must try grabe ang sarap. So far from all the Filipino restaurants that Iâve been here in Vegas this place is a really worth the visit. We will definitely come back. Sarap tambayan every weekend just to chill, listen to the band or dance or...
