Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Me and my friend went to this location and ordered 2 double burgers it was 9:00 pm . We told them we would be dining in. We waited for our food and when I went to the counter the food was bagged up. The cashier /manager said that they're gonna be closing in 15 minutes. I told him that's fine we'll clean up our table when we're done. 5 minutes later he comes to the table saying that we have to leave. We just took two bites of our food. It was 9:20 pm. When we walked out I clutched my food in my hand. we noticed the sign on the window showing they close at 10:00 pm. I asked them why are they closing so early. The manager said that every night they close early so they can clean the dining room. He said that tonight was actually the first night they had to close early to clean. When we sat in the dining room it was already cleaned. The manager told me different times they close during the week and everytime I asked him why are you kicking us out and that we wanted to sit and enjoy our food and we would clean up after ourselves. I told him I was calling corporate and he said he didn't care. I will never go back to this place again. After we had ordered I tried to explain that their juice machine handle is stuck and juice is coming out and that I left napkins to hold the juice but I couldn't even say three words and he acted like he didn't want to hear what I was going to say. I. Calling corporate in the morning. They can't treat people this way. We had to eat our food on the street. When we were done eating there were no trash cans around. I knocked on the door and the manager saw me. He went to get a drink for himself and ignored me. I was going to ask where the trash was. I left it by the door neatly in the bag and I did not leave a mess. Don't go to this location. Poor...

This location is a lot closer to my home and I was excited to finally have one near me. I love eating here and I’m glad that they follow the same recipes and ingredients as the other locations I visited. By far I love how the food is, tasty, well cooked, and fresh. It’s the most flavorful burger, salads and fries I had ever. This location is smaller than the others I visited however, so if you do decide to come as a family, it might be a challenge by how many of people you party has. If it’s 4 or less you should manage to be fine, but 5 or more might make it a little complicated however, but that shouldn’t be a reason to not come and eat here. If you love salads and vegetables, you’ll be happy on how fresh and tasty they are when you order a salad or something with veggies in them. If you’re ordering a burger or chicken sandwich, both the meat and chicken has a fresher, more healthier and flavorful bite to every sandwiches. Finally it’s the fries, well cooked, tasty and always hot and ready to eat. Overall if you love burgers, but also want to eat healthy without giving up the taste of wonderful flavors, highly recommended checking out The Habit. on 2/19/2023 the food made me sick to my. I drove drove back 10 miles to return the food and get my money, only to be greeted by a manager who was disrespectful, condescending, with a negative pessimistic attitude. I was refused a refund. he wrote on the receipt trying to send me some where else. I was called a liar. the manger said he didn't believe me and I was told that Jesus knows the truth. he asked why didn't I go to the hospital. It just opened in the area, with very bad service. eventually i got my money after calling his boss. he continued to harass me. he refused to give me my receipt back. so I asked to take a picture he refused and called the the police so I had to call his boss again. and they us the same gloves to handle money and food . my first visit a young lady was offended when I refused to take the ice cream cone she had just prepared for me with the same gloves she had been using to take previous costumers form of payment including mine ( cash) 2 visits/ 2 bad experiences. the I will never go there again.
