Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Our business is down the street from this location, so we go there quite often. We are by no means nit picky people, but our drive thru order has been screwed up 3 times now. I had a hard time even calling and complaining because all 3 times they didn't place cinnamon twists in our bag, so we are talking about $3. None of this really matters because it happens, we understand.
Our problem is that when we called this last time to let the manager know the problem, the phone rang for 3 minutes and then finally someone picked up the phone and hung up. So I called again, finally a lady answered saying "Taco Bell" didn't say her name, didn't say hello, just a disgruntled "Taco Bell". So I nicely explained that this is the 3rd time they forgot our Cinnamon Twist, and that it's not a big deal just that something needed to be done. She didn't saying anything so I said "That's all, that's why I was calling." She, again irritated, said, "Ok goodbye".
Again, we aren't even that upset, sure we wanted our food, but that's $3.00 we have spent on food that we haven't received. And the lack of customer service, no apology, no offer to fix the issue, not even a sympathetic acknowledgement, is astounding. We will not be eating at this...
Read moreMy cashier was amazing. Told me about the wait before I ordered and I was fine with it. The upfront honesty was greatly appreciated. I forgot to mention no onions on the bean and cheese burritos after I ordered and pulled away from the screen being the wait behind me and in front I was not able to tell them asap about the change. I asked when I got to the window to pay and he said no problem. Again great service from him. The person making the food chimmed in from the back "are you serious? I just made them. Was my issue. I was more than willing to pay the additional charge for new ones until that comment was announced to where the customer, being me, could hear it. Very rude. I told the cashier if this was a problem I would take my business else where. I understand that they were busy and it was a great inconvenience but keep your comments to yourself until the guest has left. Unprofessional behavior and if it wasn't for the construction I would have went inside where I could have changed my order promptly. I will not return to this Establishment in the future as to only I did because of the friend requested this option. Read moreI gave this Taco Bell one star. I paid for uber eats to deliver my food. After getting my food it was wrong and missing items. I called and they told me I can come to the location and they’d make it right. Well that’s why I paid for delivery. Not to go there. So I go and return what they gave me and waited for my correct order. They gave me my order. I said thank you and I left. Upon leaving, I looked in the bag and I was missing four of my items . I went back in and let them know and there was a discrepancy that I didn’t return my items that they did give me that were wrong. After everything was squared away, I got everything I needed and ordered and paid for although I don’t get my delivery fee that I paid for back. The only five star about this restaurant is their employee Jade. She was a delight and went above and beyond to take care of me.
