The absolute worst place to get ice cream the first time I had plastic all through my ice cream, even showed pictures of what was in my ice cream and the manager wouldn't give me my money back . The manager even said she made it and its probably from the machine also there was red stuff in there idk if it was blood or strawberries smh and i ordered a butterfinger ice cream. The only thing the manager would do was replace it instead of my money which is a shame . Today I tried to give it another try and I had hair in there and the manager Susan was rude said their hair is pulled back (but yet their hair is still able to fall in they do not wear hair nets) and I told her about how I would like the corporate or owners number she put his name on a paper and i said i want his number she said nope and walked to the back and threw the paper at me with his name it and told me i shouldn't come back then . Read moreI see there is another post with my same complaint. Which means that they haven’t done anything about it. They just don’t care I guess. Someone should at least respond. My daughters and I went in this evening at around 8:30. We had to wait about 15 minutes to order because the cashier said they were super busy and couldn’t take our order yet. Then we finally ordered we got our ice cream and sat down to eat it. At 9:01 we were told we would have to leave because they close their lobby. The posted hours on the door and website clearly say they close at 9:30. It was so unprofessional. I have never been kicked out of a restaurant because they were “closing” The professional thing to do would be to wait for your customers to finish and then close.
