Panda Express — Restaurant in Lathrop

No greetings when you entered. The person who served us seems to be a person doesn’t want to be there. or probably annoyed. I asked for a big plate and one of my entry was chicken teriyaki, I asked for double entry. Her serving was small, I couldn’t believe how small portion she made my plate that worth $10.99. Then my wife ordered another big plate for her for our son. The lady told to my wife that theres no more teriyaki left cuz I took the last serving. Instead of telling her that they will make some more and it would take 15-20mins. She gave us the looked as if it was my fault that I took the last few pcs. which is not even a lot. So we told her we will wait. then we ordered a drink. 1 cup of soda. Then we paid got my receipt and instead of giving me my cup the cashier walked away and went to the next customer. I thought she forgot so I grabbed tissues and our forks and grabbed a table.I went back to the cashier to ask for a cup for my soda. She told me I have to get the empty cup for myself. so I was like “ OK “ that’s weird when she helped the other customers shes the one that gave her the cup and gave her a good serving of food. I don’t know what her issues, but she should not be like that, especially we came in just to eat and trying to have a pleasant day. We didn’t even do anything.

Monette is the person who helped us. at least that was her name tag says.

beware of her, if you catch her in a bad mood, good luck getting amount of your food. and better get your own empty cups.

What a S*show! Went in on a Thursday afternoon at 12:45 to pick up food. There was a typed sign stating lobby was closed and only the drive through was open. I go through the drive through. I was told it will take 10-20 minutes since I was getting the family feast and other items, for my order to be ready and to wait in my car in the parking. Turns out everyone was being given the same direction for small orders as well. There was one employee assigned to bring orders out. She would come out go to all the cars parked to find whose order it was. There were several employees inside walking around eating on the phones. Looked like everyone was on break except this poor girl running around in the parking lot. After 35 mins my order came out, I was missing items had to wait another 10 mins for that. I felt so sorry for this girl bringing all the orders out, I decided to tip her. And inquired where the manager was.I was told the manager was out. But the assistant was in, however, they were doing stuff and the other employees were eating and walking around. She looked frustrated too was sorry for the delay, I told her it was the manager’s responsibility to have a system in place and hold all employees accountable. Shame on management of this establishment, for mis-managing resources and having a plan in place for a better food delivery system. Let’s talk about the food- barely any beef in the broccoli beef, barely any chicken in the string bean chicken and chowmein not filled to the top. Not going to this...

Horrible service, lack of caring about customers & simply ignoring meal request. My husband, who is disabled and trusts others to do their jobs & provide meal as requested ... Instead they did the opposite and laughed about the error. Ordered .. Meal broccoli beef with chow mein. Side white rice, side orange chicken. Received:. Meal with broccoli, (1) chewy/grissely piece of meat only .. chow mein .. white rice thrown on top of both just described. Inside container, supposedly orange chicken ... Unsure, not orange chicken but was chicken with possibly lemon or sweet and sour sauce. ... These pieces also chewy and deep fried to death! Instead of soy sauce, as requested, 23 packets of chili sauce in bottom of bag! WHAT THE HELL ! MY HUSBAND ARRIVED HOME WITH PURCHASE APPROX. 9:30PM LAST NIGHT. I BEGAN CALLING IMMEDIATELY AND FROM 930 UNTIL 10:30PM NO ONE ANSWERED PHONE ! WE WAITED ALL WEEK AND LOOKED FORWARD TO HAVING DINNER AT THE NEWLY OPENED PANDA EXPRESS, BUT BECAUSE I HADN'T ARRIVED HOME UNTIL LATE FROM BABYSITTING OR TWO YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER, NORMAL DINNER HOURS LONG GONE. The food we received quite clearly appeared to be remnants of either mistakes or bottom of tray scraps ! I am quite angry and only print this review in Black and White to keep me from heading over there and letting them all hear how disgusting I feel they truly are. Dissatisfied & DISAPPOINTED...
