In the beginning this was an amazing store, I even left the other location for this one. However, I have been going here for over three years and they never had a number system. Today I went in like i usually do and I didn't realize they were now using a number system. I was standing there a while and then I saw another customer reaching up and then I saw that they are now using the number system. I tried explaining to the guy who called the next number and he walked away from me so I called the manager, and the guy argued with the manager because he didn't want to serve me. After all that, I pulled a number and gave it to him and he stood there biding his time before he served me, another server tried to help but because I didn't have the number in hand he couldn't. I believe that the customer comes first and while some customers abuse this system I did the opposite, I am very disappointed and embarrassed, I was one of the first customers they had since they first opened, but this episode taught me something and I will never go back there. If as a customer I can't shop in piece and ease it makes no sense. Don't go there if you don't have time to waste, another lady was there disgruntled and arguing and she told me the Manager does care. I hope everyone else's encounter is different but they have left a bad taste in my mouth. Please understand the numbering system is not the issue because that actually provides stability, but when customer satisfaction goes out the door it shows that the integrity of the establishment is fading and no matter what improvements are instille and the business remains the same it will all...
Read moreWe bought grocery here and accidentally left the Pineapple Juice. We called the store and an employee told us to come back for it and let the manager know. We drove all the way back and the manager said he wasn't sure if someone else took it, and refused to check the cameras. It's not even about the Pineapple Juice but rather the principle of the entire thing. We drove all the way back thinking it would be a simple solution, but for the manager to state maybe someone else took it and that he had cameras but don't check it, was so disrespectful. And yes... I specifically mentioned the Pineapple Juice for him to know the exact incident he provided the worst customer service for whatever reason he didn't feel like MANAGING the situation in a better way. And they claim that "Bravo is the neighborhood grocery store that your family can depend on."...
Read moreHad the worst experience ever at this store today. Joined the first line to the left of the entrance because the other line had their light off. After being in line the cashier whose name I'm mad I didn't get informed me and the pregnant lady behind me she was closed. After asking her how would we know she's closed if her light was still on she got extremely rude. The lady in front of me informed her that her light was still on and she still didn't care. She took her purse and went on break. Not sure who the lady in the blue shirt was that took over and behaved in a similar manner but said she isn't a manager, even though we saw her swipe her card for a void. I'll NEVER shop here again!!! Maybe once Key Foods takes over they'll offer a customer...
