I have had two experiences at this nail salon. One which was great, I was treated nicely and my nails looked fine. The second experience although, was not so great. I was treated rudely and made to feel stupid for not mentioning before hand that I had shellac on my nails. I would like to point out, I was not given the time of day to even mention that I had shellac on my nails because when I said what I was there for I wasn't even acknowledged. I was then told I was going to be charged 10$ to get the shellac off and was given a bowl of acetone to dip my nails in. Nails weren't buffed before being given the acetone and I was told it could take up to 40 minutes to get it off.... Needless to say, I did not go through with any services because I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I know this is a one time experience, and the friend I went with was satisfied with her experience, although she shocked with by I was treated If you decide to go here, make sure you go out of your way to point out what you need done and to show your nails if you have anything other than regular polish on them. I came in today to get a Gel Pedicure. I walked in the salon, I didn’t get greeted. The lady at the counter just stared at me and waited for me to say something. One lady that was already occupied with another client spoke. First the lady didn’t go by my requested. I asked for hotter water, she kept telling me that it’s okay after I kept telling her that I do want it hotter. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t enjoy a pedi and she’s acting as if she’s frustrated with my request. The lady made my toes round shape and my big toes square. At this point, I’m very upset. I will never go back here. I didn't know what time they closed but at 7pm I arrived and tugged the door just to see that they were closed. And instead of coming to the door and asking if they could help me the lady doing someone else's nails on the front left used her hands and shooed me from the door.
