I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at the Bojangles drive-through located in Laurens. Today, I arrived at 6:08 AM hoping to be promptly served, as I had an appointment and needed a quick meal. To my dismay, there was a car parked in front of me that had been waiting since 6 AM. This already indicated a lack of efficiency in the drive-through process.
Typically, when I visit this particular Bojangles location, I encounter poor service, with employees often standing around doing nothing, engrossed in their personal conversations or blatantly ignoring customers. However, today was an even worse experience as there was only one employee present, who was parked outside in their car. It seemed as though the place was deserted, leaving no one available to assist customers.
As a customer, I expect adequate staffing during operational hours, especially since this is not the first time I have encountered such issues at this establishment. It is disheartening to see a consistent lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.
This visit has left me entirely unsatisfied and hungry, as I was unable to grab something to eat before my appointment. I implore the management at Bojangles to take immediate action to address these ongoing service and staffing issues. Customers should not have to endure such subpar experiences, particularly during normal...
Read morePlease read: I’m not here to bash or praise, I’m not here to purposely attract attention or demeanor this establishment to gain a free meal, coupon or notoriety. My main purpose is to bring awareness to this business that I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough when wondering if my order will be correct and if the biscuit is there, or if my breast order will be white meat instead of dark. I’m concerned if at times they will have chicken at all. All the above are constant issues I’ve witnessed over the few years I’ve been a customer. Today was no different when I was looking forward to getting their seasoned fries which I wasn’t able because they were out. The order didn’t come in I was told. Then, as if nothing else could go wrong, they were out of their legendary sweet tea. Lol, legendary, how appropriate because it has to be a legend because it wasn’t available. When asked, the lady said she didn’t make it. I guess they make it at dinner time and not at lunch anymore. I often feel I’m on Candid Camera where I’m being filmed just to see the reactions I’ve witnessed. I wish to thank everyone for listening to me, it saved me on seeking a Psychiatrist...
Read moreThere was one person there who knew what they were doing.. The manager in the red shirt had her hands full and I felt bad for her. At least ten employees there yet only a few were 'active'. There was a young girl there who was wearing a LDHS Cheerleader Uniform who was showing out. Back talking the manager and others complaining about something with her order. She turned to look at me and a few behind me and said "It's okay, I work here." In my opinion, and if I had been the manager on duty(which I've held leadership roles in food service) I would've written her up on the spot, on the clock or not. She should not only be reprimanded or fired for acting out and letting everyone know she worked there, but to conduct herself in that manner with her HS uniform on she should be reprimanded by the cheer supervisor or the school. Saying that, Most who work there are lackadaisical. Working with no sense of urgency. But there are others, like the manager last night who really care and do their best, but trying to work with most young people is...
